Difficult to download manual and app, minimal instructions and some of which are in Chinese (not English). App is difficult to use, especially not having instructions. To save templates, must login by using your phone number, but if theyre in China, I dont want to be paying long-distance prices or be spammed by spammers in China.

The first label maker that was delivered to me looked like the box had already been opened. The roll of label tape was missing and the label maker wouldnt print any labels. I wrote to the manufacturer to complain about not being able to print because the label maker wouldnt recognize a roll of label tape had been inserted. Supvan sent me a replacement at no charge within 5 days of my complaint. Top notch customer service and a top notch label maker.

No matter how many times I tried, I could not get this label maker to print more than just a line of ink. After getting frustrated, I started the refund process but decided to request a replacement instead. A replacement was sent to me immediately (even before the first one was mailed back) and I could be more pleased. The first one was obviously defected and I am so happy with my new one. This gadget is great. You can print basic labels, QR codes, barcodes, and shapes and more. I use it to label items in my kitchen, first aid kit, etc. I used the QR feature to print small QR codes for moving boxes. Each code is linked to a photo album with the contents of the box. This way when I get to the other side of the move I can scan the box without having to open it. I can see myself using this for garage storage in the future. The label maker is generally quite easy to use. Even small text is still legible, which is impressive. I absolutely love it but there are faults. Sometimes when you are creating different labels to print at once, the app freezes and then the cache of labels disappears and you have to create them all over again. You only have 4 historical labels available in the Home Screen; create more and the older ones will disappear.

The app needed to use this product wants access to all sorts of files on your phone as well as access to camera and microphone... I dont see those are relevant to printing off a simple label.

It keeps only printing one or two letters. Im wasting all the paper and Ive tried making it smaller. I dont know what Im doing wrong.

I absolutely LOVED this little label maker! I went nuts and labeled so much around my house and adored it. Then my label tape ran out. I thought, Have no fear! Back to Amazon to buy some replacements tape! but it turns out you cant buy continuous white tape like what comes with the printer. I am half way through a few projects but cant finish them because Id need to use blue, yellow or green tape since the white isnt sold as a continuous label. Im now looking at buying a different brand printer solely so that I can refill it with continuous white tape and finish my project. Im super disappointed.
