Bought this for some simple labeling. I got it to work one time for a couple of labels. Now, it won’t print. The gears don’t feed the printer tape. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting offered. Too bad I’m outside my return window. This thing is awful. Beware!!!

The printer itself was easy to use, and a great size. I chose this one after some research because it offered continuous printing. However, 3 weeks after purchasing, I tried to order refills of continuois white and continuous transparent and there was none to be found. Not even on other websites. Super frustrating. What good is a printer if you cant buy tape for it??

Took a while to pair with my phone. Once I did the labels started out nice, but it turns out doesnt work well for longer labels. Battery life was very low and had to recharge before I could finish my project (30 labels total) Since I made this review they sent me a new based on the original being defective.

Havent even been able to use it. The app required has horrible reviews. Apparently it needs almost every permission possible just to use it. One person even saying they got a burner phone just to use it. Terrified to get the app and mess up my phone. Wish I would have looked into it more before buying. Guess you cant just go off reviews on here.

Arrived fast, item was exactly what I expected. The app was easy to download and use. Would recommend!

Rhe printer is awesome. You can print labels fast an easy. But replacement labels are $10 PER ROLL. IF you can find them.. the ad says to go to thier store... bit it never loads. And they say to search for labels on amazon. But Im not paying $10 a roll when other label machine sell for 6 rolls for $12. I returned it an got another label maker that actually came with 4 different label rolls. This one comes with 1 solid white. Sry. But lower your label prices or make the origional set come with more labels.

It’s a nice little printer. The reprint feature for the last ticket you made is a great time saver. Not really something for someone who has issues running a smart phone, but besides that wonderful product 5/5

This little machine is great, it barely needs to be charged and for a blue tooth device it’s one of the easiest connecting devices I’ve ever dealt with. Getting used to the actual app and formatting is the only task that is a bit tedious, however its probably the ONLY drawback, its a tiny device that packs a punch for the ease of use (once you get a hang of the app). As per usual Amazon delivers on their valuable and inexpensive tools to make our lives just the tiniest bit easier.

The first label maker that was delivered to me looked like the box had already been opened. The roll of label tape was missing and the label maker wouldnt print any labels. I wrote to the manufacturer to complain about not being able to print because the label maker wouldnt recognize a roll of label tape had been inserted. Supvan sent me a replacement at no charge within 5 days of my complaint. Top notch customer service and a top notch label maker.
