Bought this because the concept enticed me. when I went to use it noticed the device requires access to your entire device(Android). I was not comfortable with supplying all my personal details to a foreign entity so I returned it and got a different brand.

The device worked wonderful the first time and then wouldn’t connect via Bluetooth anymore. I used their troubleshooting guide (not very extensive) and none of them worked.

I was able to label 46 of them while using about 4 inches of label per banknote sometimes more. I thought it would run out a lot sooner than it did, there is quite a bit of label tape per roll. The cost of getting new rolls is a bit expensive, $9.99$, but the fact I dont have to buy ink makes it much better. Just with the roll it comes with when buying it you should be able to label just about everything. I saw another review saying they didnt receive a roll with the product, but when I got mine, it had a roll of continuous label ready to go + charged. Edit: April 19th, 2023. I bought a refillable roll and accidentally purchased the small labels instead of the longer continuous white labels. Happy accident, the smaller labels look more professional and last longer than the continuous label tape. instead of being able to label just 40+ banknotes I was able to label all 50+ of my coins, and nearly all 100+ banknotes. I highly recommend buying this label maker plus the smaller labels that arent continuous. The small labels are perfect for labeling coins/banknotes because of their size. Small enough to fit a label on a coin holder, yet large enough to be able to fit all the needed details. Well it’s just adorable with the little ears! But it’s also very easy to use. Easy to download the app, easy to create a label and very easy to print. What more do you need from a LabelMaker?

Bought this strictly to label some dog medications for our dog sitter, but now that I have it I can’t believe how much I am using it. Works great, easy to set up and even easier to use.

The app keeps reporting “End Of Paper” and will not rewind the paper with the double click feature. Very disappointed in product; however, the company offered me a refund for the label maker! Satisfied with that!!

Absolutely love this label maker! It is so easy to make the labels on the app and print them. I’ve had several colleagues ask about it and they are impressed with the font, size and ease of making the labels

Oh my, I wasnt expecting much from this little label maker. Love it. Easy to use. Print quality is every bit as good as a professional grade label maker. Hope its not too good to be true and it quits working before my return window closes! Meanwhile, Im a happy printing label for everything.

Could have been a great product and too late for me to return it now, but Ill no longer be using it. I couldnt make a simple Bluetooth connection and did some research. The product requires one to have location ON, before it will make a Bluetooth connection. I have no other Bluetooth peripherals (ear buds, speakers, desktop printer, etc.) requiring location to be ON when connected. Why does Supvan require location information from me? This is just a word of warning for an otherwise decent product. If ones does not care about publishing ones location, this is not an issue.
