The phone interface seems a little too in depth. Great for people in the need for custom labels but there should be a simple label bypass that doesnt involve saving templates, etc.

It always takes a second when you have to download instructions bc I’m always wanting to get right to it but super easy to use and great for price and purpose

So far its been printing well. I needed it to label cables after all, so quality is not of primary importance. However, I dont like that I need to create an account with the company to save templates and the label size I am using. Without an account, you need to redefine every time! Also, I cannot understand why it needs the location services un order to connect to the printer. No location, no connection. Its a pity because overall it could be a great budget solution.

For the money, it prints okay, but the labels don’t stick well. There is not much of a variety of labels to choose from. It will do, but plan on taping over the labels. On a positive note, it arrived quickly.

The app is not at all user friendly. I’ve been messing with it for hours and I still can’t convince the labels to look how I would like them to. Very frustrating. Update I have figured it out mostly. They even offered me a refund because I was unhappy.

This printer comes with very small pre-sized labels that I will never use. I had to order another size label roll so that I could have enough room to write out the labels that so need. Also, the print on the labels sometimes fades. Instructions on-line are hard to read and I still haven’t found out how to print vertically.

Easy to use, just download the app. Print and stick. Works like it should.

The features it claims to have are not available on the app. It doesnt save any font, size, or anything you try to save before you print. Once you print, even after stating how many copies, it does not print the right amount. Its very glitchy and faulty. The only plus is the aesthetic as its nicer looking than other labels but when it comes to performance, its not effective.

It doesn’t print right. It doesn’t feed out the label. Very cheap and super low quality. Do not recommend.
