Swanson SVE360 36-Inch Savage Straight Edge, Non-marring, Anodised and Laser-Etched Scale

It was exactly what I wanted and as advertised.

Mostly straight but not as good as my machinist square. I see light in a few places when holding the blade to the Swanson... but good enough for home woodworking or hobbies.

I Love this ruler... and you will to.

We use this daily in a print shop. Its lighter than others which is great for women. The 4 feet length is perfect compared to the 43 of the purple safety rulers used right now.

Long, straight, very useful. Lightweight, but it doesnt slip. I like the finger protector.

Perfect for my application of cutting up rolls of artist paper.

Heavy duty extrusion. Perfectly straight.

Not sure quite what to say about this straight edge. It is quite flat on one edge, but it has a padded base that partially defeats this purpose. It is a very nice measuring device but I dont think I quite trust if for testing flatness.

LOVE IT! I should have purchased this ages ago. The non slip is great for keeping my material in place and the raised edge protects my other hand from being sliced by the rotary cutter.

Thick extruded aluminum. Lightweight but well made. I use for sewing and cutting cloth.
