After putting it together, I wanted it to feel sturdier. But I suppose that’s the nature of the bike. We’ll see how it rides.

Very easy to assemble and super lightweight. Its smaller than I thought, though. I have a taller than avg 2.5 year old girl, so it definitely wont last until shes 5. Im giving it 4 stars because some pictures show a handle bar pad which was not in the package. Not sure if it should come in the box. If it shouldnt, then pictures are deceiving. UPDATE: Rating 5 stars thanks to the good customer service. UPDATE 2: Back to 4 stars as they promised to send the handle bar pad but never heard of them anymore. Seems like as soon as they get 5 stars, they forget about everything else.

This is a perfect first bike for a small child. Fully adjustable and easy assembly. When the box arrived one of the tires was wonky, bent and off kilter, probably from the extreme heat wave we were experiencing. One call to customer service and tracking information was emailed to me within an hour and the new tire arrived in less than 48 hours. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

We loved this bike for its lightweight easy to ride design. After a year of use though the handles no longer stay locked in place on the shaft and it’s not safe for my children. We’ve tried to fix it but haven’t been able to. Super disappointed this didn’t last longer. ***edited original review. Customer service team reached out to me and handled this issue. They were extremely proactive and professional. I would order from this brand again!

This bike is fantastic! We got it for my daughter when she was just a year old, so she was a little short for it but loved to be pushed around on it. Now that she is 16 months old, she can touch and move herself around on it (though were still working on steering!) and its a great way to get her used to balancing while working off some toddler energy! It is sturdy, assembled really easily, and was a great value for the quality considering that it will grow with her for years.

My son absolutely loves his Croco bike. Everything was pretty easy to put together with the help of a quick online video and there were no complaints- until my son decided to surprise my wife by inadvertantly parking the bike right behind her SUV! Sadly, she ran over the back tire and messed it up beyond repair although it was much less damaged than I imagine it would be when a large SUV runs it over. But not wanting to risk any injury due to the newly transformed integrity of the front axel, I reached out to Crco customer support inquiring about purchasing a front wheel and they very quickly mailed one out to me free of charge. So awesome, thank you very much for making my little rider happy again!

Gave this to our granddaughter for Christmas and she is thrilled with it. We didnt realize how light weight it would be and thats a really nice feature. And its very sturdy. Perfect for learning how to balance on a bike.

I attempted to put this bike together. The instructions were very unclear. It would have been easier with more pictures. When it came time to put the seat on with the clamp the piece would not fit! I tried for over an hour to make it work but gave up. There is no phone number to call so now I have a balling 3 year old because we can’t use the new bike. Edit: After all of my frustration the owner of the company reached out to me. They were able to fix the problem quickly and sent out a replacement quickly. My daughter loves her bike!

My son absolutely loves his balance bike! It’s easy to assemble, super lightweight, and very durable. It’s the perfect transition to a pedal bike. More importantly, the customer service is excellent! Couldn’t ask for a better product from a better company.

We had a shipping issue with missing parts and Marie from TheCroco was a pleasure to deal with, even including a little gift for our troubles and expeditiously getting us our missing parts. On to the bike - this has to be the best one on the market that we have come across. It is super lightweight and durable. We had a smaller balance bike for our 4 year old that he grew out of, and this one is more effective for his size, and way lighter. The tires, frame, and parts are all super durable. Our little one loves it.
