The West Wing

Any dvd lover and West Wing fan knows Warner messed up the third season. The image was non-anamorphic, the booklet was the US version, no extras... This time the image is Anamorphic and the booklet is ok! The only thing thats left is the extras. Too bad we dont get any. But hey, the West Wing is still an excellent political drama series and we can finally watch a season in Anamorphic Widescreen!

I love the West Wing....I wish Bartlett could actually run...

The first three seasons came with an episode booklet; my 4th season set did not. Is it supposd to? If there was not one manufactured, Warner Brothers is definitely getting cheap with TWW. Also, I dont much care for the package design - the 4-disc digipak had many more cast photos, the new 6-disc format (particularly considering all 6 discs have the same art) feels much cheaper.

The screenwriters live in fantasyland, but I like the fantasy of an intelligent, compassionate President struggling with moral dilemmas and having a dedicated staff to rely on and maintaining a professional relationship -- if prickly -- with the opposition party. And I wish I had people like Allison Janney and John Spencer working for me. I love this show, and this is a great season.

My husband and I love these. We are slowly collecting every season. Thanks to Amazon for the reasonable prices so we can.

Great condition

Having watched the first three series over six months I wasnt sure I would enjoy a fourth series but I did. It was as enjoyable as the first four.

This was not might favorite season but still very good, the merchandise was of excellant quality and was delivered quickly.

I still dont completely understand what went on with creators Aaron Sorkin and Tom Schlamme leaving the West Wing after this season, but the Sorkin touch can still be seen and heard and felt on many of the episodes in this Fourth Season.

Great season, in a great series, plots within plots within plots great show, great actors. 5 time watching the series.
