I like this series to be viewing it for the second time. Also I watched all of the series when it aired on TV. Thats why I gave it 5 stars.

I wish every politician was like this administration! They show how a country should be governed! Civics lesson 101!

There is so much to like and even love about The West Wing series. Yet it is also quite flawed. I cringe every time full-grown adults in it pretend something has seriously grown wrong because they think it is funny to witness a colleague getting really upset. Just kidding, they finally tell him or her and laugh and laugh like sadistic adolescents. Also, Joshua Malina is a disaster as a replacement for Rob Lowe, since Malina is incapable of coming across as likeable or charming even momentarily. Not once in *any* of his scenes, just the opposite of lovable Lowe.

If you have never seen the Weet Wing, what have you been doing? I bought Season 4 for the second time because the last disc in the one I already have wouldnt play, so I had to replace it immediately. I cant recommend it enough, buy the whole lot, now!

I have to wonder why I never watched this show when it was on television. I knew it was there but never watched. I missed a lot. The show is fantastic and the characters compliment each other.

I wish all shows were this good. It is outstanding television. Aaron Sorkin is an American masterpiece. His writing is pure brilliance.

On first viewing, this was my favourite season of the West Wing. Each show had something that kept your interest and held it through the commercial breaks, and that same feeling of needing to know what happens next carried between shows as well. True, there are a number of soap opera developments in this season: the clash between Charlie and Jean-Paul (Zoeys French boyfriend), Tobys ex-wifes pregnancy, etc. Thankfully they are incorporated into the fabric of the political commentary of the show: Andys single-Mom pregnancy makes her a target for the Christian Right, and Zoeys choice in a boyfriend leads to the spectacular cliffhanger.
