The West Wing

We bought this as a gift for our son. When he opened it (new with factory wrapping) one disk was defective and there was a disk missing. Needless to say, we were disappointed.

The first three seasons came with an episode booklet; my 4th season set did not. Is it supposd to? If there was not one manufactured, Warner Brothers is definitely getting cheap with TWW. Also, I dont much care for the package design - the 4-disc digipak had many more cast photos, the new 6-disc format (particularly considering all 6 discs have the same art) feels much cheaper.

Excellent, still watching it on final season, excellent acting, & wily politics. Love it, have to pull myself away from the next episode,otherwise I will watch it too quickly,and have nothing to look forward to.

The West Wing Seasons 5-7 are good, some of the best T.V of my twenty year lifetime, but seasons 1-4, with Aaron Sorkins writing, are simply out of this world, every episode is gold. Buy it, only be aware that you will not be able to do anything else until you have watched the series all the way through.

WEST WING HAD SEVERAL DAMAGED EPISODES THAT WOULD NOT PLAY, THIS SEEMS TO BE A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM SINCE THIS PACK WAS BRAND NEW.

I never got around to watching the full series when it was on TV.

After struggling to keep my 1-3 seasons free of scratching (which ended up with me buying a disc doctor and buffing them) I finally found peace with this fourth season. Having four two-sided discs was a struggle that I really hated to fight. These six discs are so much better and easier to keep clean.

great, cleaverly written show! has the perfect amt of humor, sarcasm and plots containing solid values in the moral. highly recommend it to all
