> 24 hourThe amount of research out there indicating zinc picolinate can eliminate the need for or minimize the dosage (some studies showed a reduction of 40%) for ADHD meds is astonishing. That the general public (and DOCTORS!) are unaware of this is truly lamentable. Anyway, I bought this for my son after reviewing the research myself. Combined with frequent zeolite, its given us fantastic results.
