Zinc deficiency is common around the world. Being a mineral it can be hard to absorb, especially for people with digestive disorders.

Started a supplement as the science demonstrated a correlation between optimal Zinc levels along with Vit-D and C and Omega 3, to protection from the more harmful elements of Covid-19 disease. I am an RN so, the more of an advantage I have,m the better for me and my family. So far so good.

I heard 40 or 50 mg is toxic if you keep taking zinc, and if that is true, this 30 is a bit high, i will try their lower dose next time instead of doing this one every 2 days. This kind of zinc, picolonate is the only kind i will get in the future unless i see new info.

It’s a good product but not eligible for returns which is not good.

Ive tried multiple brands of zinc, specifically for acne. This one has worked best for me. Ive read the best one for acne is zinc picolinate. I find it reasonable for the quantity and price when compared with other brands. Im on my 6th month of taking it and still no complaints! I find it necessary to say I take a variety of preventative measures for dealing with acne, and zinc is just one of them. It is not a miracle pill on its own.

Thorne produces high quality supplements. I recommend this for those looking for a zinc supplement.
