Went on easily, looks and works smoothly.

This is a very heavy duty and fabulous looking lock for my sliding barn door. I didnt anticipate that the lock (any lock this size) would prevent the door from opening all the way to the stop. Im quite sad about that because I really want to keep this lock. Im hoping to bring the door away from the wall (even more than it already is) to make room for this lock.

Very nicely done hook and hasp. Unfortunately the manufacturer chinced out on the screws. Instead of some decorative screws to match the decorative nature of the hardware, the supplied 8 5/8 Drywall screws. El Cheapo. The matte finish on the drywall screw did not match the gloss black on the piece. I know the item is relatively inexpensive, but hey charge an extra buck and bulk order some screws that look good.

These were just the thing we needed to keep the cat from pushing open the barn door to our pantry. Well made, quite sturdy and matched our other hardware. Easy to install and I expect it will last for years!

Used it to close two barn doors, love it. It’s heavy duty, well made, and would definitely buy it again.

The door I used it on needed to be secure. This lock is like Fort Knox when installed snug.

The simple but functional barn latch was delivered on time. It was just what I wanted for my double gate.

I have a wooden backyard fence and the previous latch (very old) had weathered and ended up breaking. I looked and came across this latch and I’m glad I bought it. It feels very well made, looks fantastic and classy and I don’t have any worries about wind undoing the latch because the hook part is long. It comes with all screws and took me all of 3 minutes to uninstall the old latch and install this one. I’m very happy with this purchase!
