My puppy runs away when she sees these but not sure why. Love the size, East to cut hair of cockapoo around eyes with confidence.

sadly, i expected more for $11 - theyre not very comfortable to hold, and they are not very sharp. they are blunt and sharper than the rubold scissors i have, but this does not get through the eye crusties of my little poodles and i find myself having the hair just slide in between the blades and i have to try to cut multiple times. the best scissors i have are the ones that came free with my wahl grooming razor - imagine that. i really LOVE the concept of the comb/scissor combo, because little paparazzi HATES the razor and gets bitey - but he doesnt mind the scissor as much. its just really difficult to hold him, the comb, and the scissor at the same time. brb he knows im talking about grooming him so i think hes peeing on the couch in protest

Ive ordered several of these scissors and really like them. The last pair, though, wasnt put together as well as the others. They didnt tighten right and didnt seem to cut as well. I like these scissors so much, which is why I gave them 4stars. Normally, they are a 5 plus!

Sharp. Helps trim small hair that grows near puppy’s eyes/nose. Rounded end provides safety feature. Helps to have a sleepy or tired puppy before attempting to cut in this area!

This is a really good product. I have a very small Yorkie (about 3 pounds) and she hates having her face and her legs and paws clipped. You would think I was coming after her with a stun gun. She has been this way since she was little. Just in case any one thinks there must be a reason. She loves me. I am handicapped and home most of the time. If I am here...she is in my lap. If I set her down for a minute she is pawing to be picked up. She just has always been scared of getting her hair cut in these areas. She also hates having her nails clipped. Now this product helped. She cant hear the snip, snip of the scissors at first. I can get about one paw done until she figures out I am messing with her paws. That is good because just picking up the scissor before and she was trying to get away. It still is a long process, but these scissors have definitely made a difference.

I feel much better using these rounded scissors around my puppies face and eyes. I am very happy with this purchase and the scissors are just the right size for me to use. I do recommend.

My first review is below. Having received a new pair to try, I am changing my review. I highly recommend these scissors. They are nice and sharp and the ball tips make it safe to cut around eyes, etc. Before, I used the old pair just around the eyes for safety sake. With this new pair, I used it all over. I guess I was probably one of the few unlucky ones to get my first pair that was not sharp enough. I highly recommend these scissors! Old review: I find they work only one way - in other words, they only cut when facing one way and not the other which is very strange. They are not the greatest but the rounded end protects dogs eyes so I use them

My initial review of the product was not good, since I had purchased 2 pairs, neither one cut the fur. Since then the company has reached out to me several times. They sent me a replacement pair as well as issuing me a refund. The replacement pair was hand pick by the owner, which did work much better! This company cares about what you think and values your input. Thank you so much for the follow-up and resolving the issue. Its nice to do business with a company that has amazing integrity. Bought these to trim the hair between my cavalier’s toe pads. Works very well.
