> 24 hourVery happy with it - as everything moves to USB-C this is very useful. The cable it came with has actually come in handy as well which I didnt expect

> 24 hourThis outlet works fine for any phone or tablet, but if you have a Mac book pro apple laptop... it WILL NOT CHARGE hardly at all. My charging brick registers at over 80 watts, where this outlet only supplies up to 20 watts. Charges less than 4 times as slow though.

> 24 hourIve been looking for some time for an outlet that supported USB-C/Thunderbolt charging and the additional USB-A port is useful too. I bought and installed 3 - no problems of any kind. Please note that these outlets have 3 terminal screws - 1 for black wire, 1 for white wire and 1 for ground wire. Two of my outlets were setup this way and were easy to replace. My 3rd outlet has 2 black, 2 white and 1 ground wire, so I ran a pigtail connection for the 2 black and 2 white wires to get them into one wire each to connect to the terminal screws. If you have an outlet with this configuration of 2 black, 2 white and 1 ground wire you must also run pigtail connections to the terminal screws or use the small holes in the back for 2 black and 2 white push through wire connections. As I did not use the push through connections at all, I cant comment on that. No issues of any kind getting these outlets to work on first try. I like these enough I may be another one or two in the future to add to my house. One outlet I have connected all the time to an Amazon Echo device and the outlet has worked fine, even allowing a USB charge connection while the Echo is plugged in. Note that these dont support Qualcomm Quick Charge, but I found the charging to be fast enough for my needs. And finally, if you are looking to replace an outlet where the top and bottom plug receptacles are on different circuit breakers, this device wont support that. That kind of setup is a bit unusual and shouldnt be found in most home setups.

> 24 hourI got this for my home office. I like that it comes with both USB-A and USB-C ports. No need for a charging block. It was easy to install. I plan on getting a few more for around the house.

> 24 hourEasy to install with wiring nuts, not too deep so standard electrical box works just fine. Can charge 2 devices at the same time with no issues. USB-C Charges the 2018 iPad Pro 11” pretty fast.

> 24 hourDefinitely works as advertised. Easy to install. Charges everything just a little faster than a normal wall charger that might come with your phone or whatever accessory you’re charging. Does a great job.

> 24 hourLikes: 1) it has a 30W Power Delivery USB-C port and 30W USB-A port (no PD). 2) the power wires are secured with clamp terminals that are designed to be easier to connect than standard clamp terminals. The Expected: When both ports are in use, the C port is limited to 15W and the A port is limited to 10W. These limits are in the spec and are necessary to keep the total power under 30W. Dislike: It appears that the 30W PD port gets knocked back to 15W even if a USB-A cord is simply plugged in, even if nothing is attached. This is NOT okay. Whats worse, it appears that you must unplug both the C and the A ports before the C port returns to 30W. The effect is a little more subtle as it seems like it only comes into play for certain USB-A cords... like maybe the outlet is sensing the impedance of the cord? What is really annoying is that the PD port doesnt reset to 30W until BOTH ports are unplugged. My outlet is installed behind some wall-mounted furniture so I need a type C and type A extension cable to access the ports... with this configuration, the 30W PD USB-C port essentially does not exist since I cannot unplug and replug cords to reset the PD port. Essentially I have two low power outputs. If you can access the outlet easily, then this quirk would not be a problem.

> 24 hourHaving a direct plug into the wall can help keep your place clean and neat.
