> 24 hourCustomer support is practically non-existent... just a series of questions that go in circles. These are unreliable. The smart plugs will randomly disconnect from the network and you must unplug and replug them in to have them work again. This really defeats the purpose of automated plugs... you place behind furniture in hard-to-reach places and you are repeatedly having to get to them to reset them. It is not an in-house network problem or location of the plug to the network... one is practically next to the wireless router. Its a poor design. No recovery attempts to self-reconnect. What is even funnier is the iPhone app tells you to bring your phone closer to the plug (BUT ITS WIFI NOT BLUE TOOTH).. I have no idea what they are trying to accomplish by wanting the phone closer -- it doesnt work that way... pure genius. Bottom line due to the random drops causing these devices to be unreliable I give these a HARD PASS. (Guess who will be surprised if customer service or support even responds here)...

> 24 hourMy Treatlife wall plugs work and my wife especially likes them. She says she loves walking out of the bedroom in the early morning and finds the living room and den lit up. The scheduler and timer is the thing that we both like. However, getting the plugs into the network was not easy. The supposedly easy directions to get the plugs found and on the network were neither easy nor clear. I believe that the only reason I got mine on the network is because I refused to be bested by a programmable wall socket. The problems that I found with the directions follow: 1. There were no directions about finding the reset switch 2. The time to hold the reset switch to get the item reset was much longer than printed in the instructions 3. The sequence of instructions to add the device to the network was not correct. I kept playing with the devices to get them recognized by the network until I got them on teh network. I had four wall plugs and they had to be independently added to the network. The sequence of events to get each one on the network was a little different. However, once I got each of them on the network, they have worked without issue since then. The program to set the timers works as expected and has not had an issue since the timers for each module were created. The instructions for adding the timers was not clear either. When you want a wall plug to turn on and stay on for a period of time, you have to create two different schedules. The first schedule will turn the wall plug on the second will turn the wall plug off. There is no way to create a single schedule to turn the plug on for a period of time and then turn it back off. In summary, once you get the Treatlife wall plugs on the network, they seem to work fine. However, getting them to work on your network can be tricky. The instructions enclosed with the modules is not detailed and does NOT work as described. Once you get them on the network, however, they seem to work with no further issues.

> 24 hour$100 worth of smart plugs for the price of $25. Seriously, ive bought single amazon plugs for $24.99, this 4 pack cost the same. Works perfectly with Alexa, once setup is completed. I used one to my outside christmas decorations (couldnt fit it in my outdoor plug box, so got creative and used a special power extension). Turns my lights out at 11 PM. no more forgetting to shut them off or going out in the cold to do so. However, i will say this, the process to enable the smart switch is more complicated than amazons plug because of an extra first step to add the device via the Smart Life app, then you add the device to Alexa. But saving $75, its well worth it. I marked it 4 star - easy to use, to denote the additional set up. Once the plug is added, it is 5 star easy to use, just like amazon plug (actually at that point there is no difference).

> 24 hourI like the TreatLife products in general. However, they all tend to be a bit difficult to setup for the lay person. I am an IT Professional, so I actually am able to figure out whats gone wrong when it wont connect or configure. I tend be a little more patient. But for the lay person with little experience in connecting smart devices, these plugs are quite difficult. It took me at least a dozen attempts before the app would recognize the device. The instructions dont match the app. And the name of the app in the instructions (TreatLife) doesnt match the actual app on your phone (Smart Life). These plugs are not listed under manual mode, so it was a bit of trial and error when it wouldnt connect autonomously. Overall, theyre good devices and they work well with Alexa. I also have the TreatLife color bulbs all over the house and they run their routines perfectly. I think TreatLife would do really well to revisit their enclosed instructions and make them match the actual app. Finally, they really should rework the SmartLife app so that the Option for Easy and AP Modes is more user friendly. Other smart devices have gotten around this minor configuration difference for varying Wifi configurations without completely frustrating the end user. It would be my suggestion to look at your competitors and mimick their approach. Your product is good, but the implementation is poor.

> 24 hourThese were very simple to install and use with Alexa. I was initially annoyed that I needed to download yet another app, but that’s the price of not buying the Amazon plugs. Fortunately, it works great with Alexa so the savings are definitely worth the extra effort.

> 24 hourSince I had treat life switches and app, it’s easy to setup the plug. Just remember it works with 2.4ghz only so make sure you use 2.4ghz when adding the plug. Afterward, the app can work from your phone through 2.4 or 5ghz or any Wi-Fi the phone connected to.

> 24 hourAfter buying a couple Alexa Ech Dots, I wanted to get some smart plugs for some not so smart items in my home. After looking at a ton of different ones (and the ridiculous prices in some cases) I came across the Treatlife smart plugs. I read a ton of the reviews for them, so decided this was the way to go, plus the price was much better than most of the competitors. Setup was easier than I expected. Many of the reviews here suggested downloading the Smart Life app (picture of the app in the Google Play store included), and as soon as I plugged in the first plug, the app recognized it almost immediately, and I was set up! I had already enabled the Smart Life skill, so it was already visible within the Alexa app! All of the plugs were this easy to set up! These were the only reliable smart plugs I saw that could handle 15A (instead of the standard 10A) so Im confident that if I need to use these with an appliance with higher current, these will handle it. Ive already thought of so many different uses for these, and will without a doubt be ordering more in the future, as well as other Treatlife products!

> 24 hourHave had issues with these plugs since day one but they finally managed to stay connected to my Alexa devices long enough for the return period to Pass. No matter what I tried, nothing work. Reconnecting to Alexa app, the device app, the network, resetting everything and still no connection. What a waste!! Stick to the Amazon plugs. They work best. Update: since posting the reviews above, I was contacted by their customer service. They were very friendly and wanted to rectify the situation. They also informed me that I was still in my warranty period, a year later. They quickly sent out replacement plugs. I’ve installed them and they seem to be right on the money for now. Only time will tell again. So I’m upgrading my 2 stars to 4.

> 24 hourI thought I would try these out. Glad I made the decision. They were easy to install and connect to the WIFI. The app makes it easy to program for automatic on/off set to specific times. I did have one that was bad and Amazon customer service had a replacement the next day. I guess the only thing left to consider is longevity. We will see.
