Greater than one weekI have two great uses for this product. The first is to power my electric fireplace. I paired a plug and then put it under the fireplace, where the control unit connects to 120v power. Then I turn on the switch that typically turns the fireplace on to start the flames. Because the plug is paired to Alexa, I can. now just tell Alexa to, Turn on the Fireplace and it works. The second place was on one of the lamps in my bedroom. I get up typically around 6:20. And at this time of the year, it is dark out where I am. So the plug automatically turns on at 6:20 AM. This paired with my soft-awake alarm always does the trick. Setting up the plugs was incredibly easy. And because I have already paired the app for other devices, Alexa knew about it as soon as the functions were working.

Greater than one weekFirst, I would like to say I own almost every switch and plug this company sells and think there great. I am not so happy with these. I have connected three of them to lamps and they keep dropping the Wi-Fi connection and go offline. The Wi-Fi for two of them is in the next room about 30ft away. I hope to find a better solution for my smart lamps. Update! I was contacted by Fiona in customer service, and she worked to resolve this issue. It did take replacing the plugs, but she worked to resolve it. Thank You Fiona for great customer service.

> 3 dayPictures made it look like these were about the same width as the outlet cover plate which would have been fine, but looks are deceiving. I need them to fit inside an electric box which is wider than the cover plate and these are larger than the plate. Its a shame they dont provide dimensions. Ill see if I can use them somewhere else.

> 3 dayThe product seemed to work alone but having difficulty connecting to my Alexa. Could not get help and Amazon agents did not speak good English, did not understand and tried to pass me to Treatlife, which I could not get a live person and they sent an email which I could not understand.

> 3 dayPerfect item based on description. I feel design can be more jazzy than this. Few more upgrades/updates required.

Greater than one weekThis was a splurge for me this past Christmas - Yeah, I know, $25 isnt that much of a splurge! But honestly, I didnt know if it was going to be worth it! But after reading a bunch of reviews on a bunch of different brands of wi-fi plugs, I decided to go with Treatlife. I dont use, or intend to ever purchase or use, any smart speakers to connect with these plugs, although I considered purchasing ones that worked with Apple Homelink, but they were always more expensive. I bought this 4-pack in time to put one on the Christmas tree, and a couple other lamps around the house. The app was easy to use to get started, and it didnt take too long to figure out how to set up rooms and scenes, with multiple plugs coming on simultaneously. The best part is that with Apple Shortcuts, I can say Hey Siri, turn my light on! And bam! Its on! Thats really handy if you use Hey Siri. Also a factor was the fact that these are 15 amp plugs. I use one of them to power my home studio! (Just a small mixer and two self-powered studio monitors.) Instead of reaching around to find the switch for all three units, I tap my phone or tell Siri to power it up. (One application I recently thought of that will most likely motivate my purchase of another set of these is charging smart devices. I hate the thought of leaving our iPad charging all night, as I know this is bad for the longevity of the battery. So using one of these with a timer set for 3-4 hours would allow me to set it to charge at bed time, and know that it wont over charge the battery for the last 4 or so hours Im asleep.) I highly recommend these if you are looking for a simple product to replace lamp timers, control small electronic devices, etc. They totally exceeded my expectations!

> 3 dayUpdated: After my initial review, customer support was awesome and reached out to send me a free replacement for the one that didnt work with the 4 pack I ordered. Awesome customer support and awesome product. Love it! Three out of four aint bad? Bought these to control lamps and other lights in our new house. Three of the four work consistently via Alexa (both voice and schedule) without any issues. The 4th has a mind of its own and turns off and on at random. Weve tried it in several locations controlling different lamps and lights and got tired of it randomly turning off the light when we needed it so we can no longer use it. Three of the four plugs get 5 stars but the one dud made me give this product a 2 star overall...

Greater than one weekWe were using several mechanical timers that were not very accurate and would make buzzing noises. These smart plugs are smaller, quiet and have accurate timers. The app uses Bluetooth initially to identify the plug. You then connect it to your wi-fi (make sure to have your wi-fi password ready). Setting a schedule was a bit confusing, the on/off indicator is strange. You set the time first, touch on/off, change it (to on or off), then confirm (the app says Confrim) and then touch Save. Once Id programmed the first plug, the other three were easy. I have not tried grouping the plugs. You just need the app on your phone to set/control these smart plugs. You do not need Alexa.

Greater than one weekI am very happy with the treatlife smart plugs overall. They work great, connected very easily to the smartlife app which gave me access to the timers and control from my phone. Once set up Alexa found it automatically (I already had my smartlife account connected to Alexa). Voice controls work great, so far timers are working great and you can make several on and off events on the schedule based on time of day as well as day of the week in the smartlife app. One feature I really like, you can control the switch with the small button on the side. So if your internet goes down or you dont have your phone/Alexa nearby you can hit the button to turn on your device. My only complaint is it is pretty wide, this makes it tricky to use in some powerstrips, but on the wall it fits fine.
