These work great and are easy to set up.

I really like this product. We utilize a lot of lamps in our house. This product is a perfect fit for turning those off and on at desired times of the day, through the automated smart function. One thing I particularly like is also being able to turn off and on, the same device, multiple times per day, for example a few hours in the morning, and a few hours at night. The automation software is pretty self explanatory, but the directions that come with the product do not go into how to program the devices. It only took about 5 per device to set the timer functions. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for smart functionality at a good price. I have used other products from this company, that are also working well for me.

Very good. I have one in my bedroom that my window ac is plugged into and it works with Alexa just fine.

I have two great uses for this product. The first is to power my electric fireplace. I paired a plug and then put it under the fireplace, where the control unit connects to 120v power. Then I turn on the switch that typically turns the fireplace on to start the flames. Because the plug is paired to Alexa, I can. now just tell Alexa to, Turn on the Fireplace and it works. The second place was on one of the lamps in my bedroom. I get up typically around 6:20. And at this time of the year, it is dark out where I am. So the plug automatically turns on at 6:20 AM. This paired with my soft-awake alarm always does the trick. Setting up the plugs was incredibly easy. And because I have already paired the app for other devices, Alexa knew about it as soon as the functions were working.

About 3 weeks into the purchase our Smart plug stopped connecting to the Wifi. When I researched how to fix it and followed all the online instructions it still didnt work. I reached out to the company and they responded very quickly within the week I had a new smart plug. It hasnt had any problems since then. It is always nice to work with a company that so quickly responds to customer needs.

First, I would like to say I own almost every switch and plug this company sells and think there great. I am not so happy with these. I have connected three of them to lamps and they keep dropping the Wi-Fi connection and go offline. The Wi-Fi for two of them is in the next room about 30ft away. I hope to find a better solution for my smart lamps. Update! I was contacted by Fiona in customer service, and she worked to resolve this issue. It did take replacing the plugs, but she worked to resolve it. Thank You Fiona for great customer service.

I have been a user of smart home products for 10+ years. More recently, there are many wifi-connected devices available that are more flexible and much more affordable. Ive tried several different smart plugs, and have been impressed with the Treatlife offering. They are easy to setup, program, and work reliably. Im also glad that they work with the generic Smart Life app, as some of the others will only work with their own proprietary variant. The Treatlife app is quite good on its own. It also handles a full 15 amps, some of the others will only switch 10 amps, which could contribute to the wide form factor, which is the only downside I have found with the product.

These were very simple to install and use with Alexa. I was initially annoyed that I needed to download yet another app, but that’s the price of not buying the Amazon plugs. Fortunately, it works great with Alexa so the savings are definitely worth the extra effort.
