> 3 dayI have a light switch connected to an inconvenient outlet, so I plugged one in there, and a second to a lamp elsewhere, and programmed a rule that when the light switch one turns on the other turns on the lamp and it works perfectly ❤️

> 3 dayCustomer support is practically non-existent... just a series of questions that go in circles. These are unreliable. The smart plugs will randomly disconnect from the network and you must unplug and replug them in to have them work again. This really defeats the purpose of automated plugs... you place behind furniture in hard-to-reach places and you are repeatedly having to get to them to reset them. It is not an in-house network problem or location of the plug to the network... one is practically next to the wireless router. Its a poor design. No recovery attempts to self-reconnect. What is even funnier is the iPhone app tells you to bring your phone closer to the plug (BUT ITS WIFI NOT BLUE TOOTH).. I have no idea what they are trying to accomplish by wanting the phone closer -- it doesnt work that way... pure genius. Bottom line due to the random drops causing these devices to be unreliable I give these a HARD PASS. (Guess who will be surprised if customer service or support even responds here)...

Greater than one weekI am very happy with the treatlife smart plugs overall. They work great, connected very easily to the smartlife app which gave me access to the timers and control from my phone. Once set up Alexa found it automatically (I already had my smartlife account connected to Alexa). Voice controls work great, so far timers are working great and you can make several on and off events on the schedule based on time of day as well as day of the week in the smartlife app. One feature I really like, you can control the switch with the small button on the side. So if your internet goes down or you dont have your phone/Alexa nearby you can hit the button to turn on your device. My only complaint is it is pretty wide, this makes it tricky to use in some powerstrips, but on the wall it fits fine.

> 3 dayThis works just like the GE outlet that came with my Google Mini. Easy to use, just how it should be. The only issue I found is in the installation. In the Treatlife app, the outlet is found right away and pops up in a new window on the bottom. When I installed this way, I was unable to turn it on by the app, only by the physical button. Dont use that new window. You have to back out of that window. Install it manually, like you would any other device (with the + symbol). After installation, I was able to turn it on by the app, and the physical button. If you install like that, youll have no problems

> 3 dayVery compatible for Apple I phones. I really like the shape of the sockets and how easy they are to set up. I have some round smartlife smart sockets but they render the plugin next to them useless. The Treatlife sockets are a more compact design and allow other plugins to be used next to them. They are fine wifi without Alexa and the software is a little different but still very easy to use also. Its best to set them up before using them to allow visual line of sight to the pairing light that blinks bc it gets covered up by an overly large plug on a device. The timer feature on the software works very well and i use them on Aquarium lights and aquarium heaters. I time them for daily timing to reduce algae growth in my tanks. Great price for a well designed smart socket and software.

> 3 dayI thought I would try these out. Glad I made the decision. They were easy to install and connect to the WIFI. The app makes it easy to program for automatic on/off set to specific times. I did have one that was bad and Amazon customer service had a replacement the next day. I guess the only thing left to consider is longevity. We will see.

> 3 dayPlugs were easy to install and use. But, one of the 4 plugs stopped working just short of a month after setup. And did not start again after reboot.

Greater than one weekI have TreatLife switches, outlets and dimmers all through my house. I love them. This item, like all their products, I have used, is super simple to install, integrates easily with Alexa (I do not use Google Home) and just works. I powered this new product up, switched my phone to 2GHz and fired up the Smart Life application. Note, I did not use the TreatLife application, I may reconsider if I see issues but all my other TreatLife products use this application so that is what I am using. Took less than 2 minutes to have the outlet up and running. Recovers quickly from a power hit and is similar in size to the other well-known products out there that I am using. It also has some nice features such as child lock, resume last state upon power restoration and the ability to enable/disable the small outlet active LED. There are also various timer modes. I have a used their tech support before and they are very responsive. Bottom line, this is a good product at a good price. I recommend it without hesitation.
