> 24 hourIve bought a few Treatlife light switches already and have been very pleased with them. I am glad to add the 4-pack of smart plugs to my collection of smart-controlled lights. The set up couldnt be any easier. After plugging them in and pressing the power button for 5 seconds, they are ready to pair. I used my existing Smart Home app that has my other devices configured and it recognized the new plug and walked through the set up process which took less than a minute. I easily added On/Off actions for the plugs and added them to Siri, so I can just say Hey Siri, switch 1 on to activate a switch. I didnt test Alexa/Google Home integration as I just let Siri handle things for me. I also added some of them into my on at sunset and off at bedtime automation schedules. These are small enough (2 7/8 wide, 1 7/16 high, 1 3/16 deep) to use just about anywhere. The manual on/off works just fine and is convenient enough to reach, though I mainly plan to use these for home automation. Make sure you have a 2.4 Ghz wifi network (not 5 Ghz) and youll be good to go in no time.

> 24 hourHave had issues with these plugs since day one but they finally managed to stay connected to my Alexa devices long enough for the return period to Pass. No matter what I tried, nothing work. Reconnecting to Alexa app, the device app, the network, resetting everything and still no connection. What a waste!! Stick to the Amazon plugs. They work best. Update: since posting the reviews above, I was contacted by their customer service. They were very friendly and wanted to rectify the situation. They also informed me that I was still in my warranty period, a year later. They quickly sent out replacement plugs. I’ve installed them and they seem to be right on the money for now. Only time will tell again. So I’m upgrading my 2 stars to 4.

> 24 hourMy Treatlife wall plugs work and my wife especially likes them. She says she loves walking out of the bedroom in the early morning and finds the living room and den lit up. The scheduler and timer is the thing that we both like. However, getting the plugs into the network was not easy. The supposedly easy directions to get the plugs found and on the network were neither easy nor clear. I believe that the only reason I got mine on the network is because I refused to be bested by a programmable wall socket. The problems that I found with the directions follow: 1. There were no directions about finding the reset switch 2. The time to hold the reset switch to get the item reset was much longer than printed in the instructions 3. The sequence of instructions to add the device to the network was not correct. I kept playing with the devices to get them recognized by the network until I got them on teh network. I had four wall plugs and they had to be independently added to the network. The sequence of events to get each one on the network was a little different. However, once I got each of them on the network, they have worked without issue since then. The program to set the timers works as expected and has not had an issue since the timers for each module were created. The instructions for adding the timers was not clear either. When you want a wall plug to turn on and stay on for a period of time, you have to create two different schedules. The first schedule will turn the wall plug on the second will turn the wall plug off. There is no way to create a single schedule to turn the plug on for a period of time and then turn it back off. In summary, once you get the Treatlife wall plugs on the network, they seem to work fine. However, getting them to work on your network can be tricky. The instructions enclosed with the modules is not detailed and does NOT work as described. Once you get them on the network, however, they seem to work with no further issues.

> 24 hourI bought these for the timer and the convince of being able to configure and switch on/off with my phone. But I ended up connecting it to my Alexa abs really surprised at how much I use it and how convenient it is to use voice commands to turn the light on. The only issue I have had is that it has disconnected a few times where I had to set it up again. Also when you set it up, you have to have WiFi on, Bluetooth, and everything else it asks for or it just doesn’t want to work. So I ended up letting it have all the access it wanted, set up the plug, then Turned off the access to the services in iPhone preferences.

> 24 hourI’m not 100% happy with this product because the directions it comes with advise using a different remote than the Alexa app. I’m not a big fan of juggling remotes. If there’s another solution or explanation, I’d be happy to hear it.

> 24 hourThese smart plugs are among the most cost-effective I could find online, and they have performed flawless for me so far. Configuration is easy using their free app, which only needs to be done once, whereafter all access to then assigned to Amazons Alexa. Download Treatlifes app, sign up for a free account, follow the easy process to identify the smart plugs and add them to your WiFi network, then name each smart plug. Once thats complete, open your Alexa-enabled device, and follow the instructions to add third party devices. Voice control integration is seamless. From start to finish, it takes about ten minutes to create the account and add to Wifi. Adding subsequent devices only takes a minute or less. One important thing to remember is that these devices need 4G Wifi, not 5G Wifi. If you have both options on your Wifi network, be sure to assign them to the 4G band.
