Greater than one weekGot this to control outdoor rop light on deck. Easy to set up and use. Works great. Can adjust dimming range. A neat feature is that when you shut off the lights, it phases them out. Have a number of Treatlife products now in my house. Great technical support. Answer questions quickly. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayRecently moved to a new home where we have a great covered patio where we like to sit out in the evening. I had put string lights around the patio but found they were too bright and I looked for someway to dim them . Found the TeatLife Smart Plug-in Dimmer and decided to give it a try. It works perfectly as I can now dim the string lights to whatever brightness we want to set the mood. I have them linked to my iPhone and I can talk to Siri to turn on/off and control the lights. Also links to Google Home or Alexa. With the scheduling option the lights also turn on and off at preset times on all or any day of my choosing. Highly recommend these dimmers.

> 3 dayStarted using Treatlife products like Smart single pole switches, 2 point switches, smart plugs, bulbs and now this. Have to say I have not been disappointed. Clear instructions for installation and set-up and it works perfectly. I am a very satisfied customer and have started recommending their products to friends and family. I recently installed one at my cousins house for her to try and she is also sold on this. :)

Greater than one weekI buy this to automate my Christmas lights. The control do what is supposed to do. Is easy to install you only need to plug in the connector to the outlet. Im using smart life app, not the one provided by treatlife. Also you can plug a power strip so you can automate (power on/off) multiple devices with a single dimmer. The only improvement for this is that it do not keep state after losing power, so if it lose power you need to turn it on again, it is a great behavior for my lights but I try to use the other dimmer with my fridge Its working but have to schedule a turn on intelligence every hour to keep it running just in case electricity failed. Overall great devices!

Greater than one weekI recently bought the Treatlife outdoor dimmer plugs so I didnt have to manually turn off the string lights I have on my patio, and this has made life so much easier. I was able to set-up a schedule with the dimmer plug so that the lights turn on/off automatically, and now I dont have to do it manually. Ive forgotten to turn them off so many times and they stayed on all night long, so now Im not wasting electricity anymore. I also connected it with Alexa, which was incredibly easy to do. It works seamlessly, and Im amazed at how responsive it is when you give Alexa commands to control the dimmer plug, almost instantaneous. These have worked out so well that Im ordering more plugs to use for my Christmas tree lights, as well as my outdoor decorations and lights this year.

> 3 dayGreat product to dim LED string lights. Includes additional dimmer sensitivity settings in case the set of lights you have flicker while dimming. Integrates with Echo and Google Assistant. One star knocked off for the app being a bit confusing at first in relation to the dimmer sensitivity settings. Also the product is called TreatLife, but you need to enable the Amazon skill SmartLife to have it connect. Theres another skill called TreatLife, which is clearly the same manufacturer, but doesnt work and just causes confusion. The other negative is there is no local automation control of this out of the box and it requires cloud connectivity (for local smart hubs like Hubitat). Apparently there is a way to flash the firmware, but I just did a workaround to use cloud connectivity to the Hubitat for my simple automation.

> 3 dayThese dimmers are perfect and worked as expected. The full range of dimming options are best used with the SmartLife app (not Alexa), but other wise very happy with them.

> 3 dayAt first, I purchased the 2 outlet 1 plug product from Treatlife. I had one set of low voltage AC deck lights connected to 1st outlet and another set of low voltage DC deck lights connected to the 2nd outlet. When reducing the brightness of the AC dimmable lights to a very low brightness setting (<10%), the DC lights (not dimmable) would flicker. The two outlets were not totally independent and separate. Even turning off the one set of DC deck lights would cause the other set of deck lights to flicker or blink. I repeated this with two individual plugs with 1 outlet each. Even in this setup, I observed the same issues. Based on this, the two plugs are somehow connected or seeing interference from one another through the app. Within the last couple of months, a different company released a 1 plug 2 outlet outdoor dimmer, and this same problem does not occur.

Greater than one weekAs with all Treatlife products, this one works for the most part. Its easy to set up, works with the SmartLife app, powers on and off as expected, and dims. Ive had it installed outside for a week now in the rain for 2 of those days and have not had any problems. The first callout is one for all outdoor dimmers. Most are limited to 350 watts. This one is 400 watts - so better than most. I didnt notice that so unfortunately its not working as I would have hoped. I fixed the problem by running two dimmers each controlling half of my load. The second callout is a bigger issue. When the dimmer looses power (its unplugged or you have a power outage), it still powers on and off but does so at the lowest setting (18%). Therefore you have to make sure to set a routine to power on and then change the dimming level to the proper setting just incase youve lost power recently. To be clear, this only happens on loss of electric company power - not when the dimmer is powered on and off through normal means. I would get this again but would consider other ones if it met all my requirements and I knew it would hold its dimmer setting even after loss of power. Minus one star because its limited to 400w and minus a second because it wont remember settings.
