> 24 hourGreat value for price! Weve used the Tulip brand before with good results. 3 stars because the inside packaging was damaged which allowed product to roll around inside the shipping box. Product didnt appear damaged but could not have used as a gift if that had been the plan. We havent used these yet.

> 24 hourBought this kit for my nieces 6th bday and we had a blast! There are tons of colors to choose from and it allowed us to dye multiple shirts! Probably around 10-12 kids shirts, 2 women’s, and 2 xxl men’s. The colors are vibrant. Comes with easy to understand instructions and everything you need. We let our dye set for 24 hours before rinsing out and they turned out fantastic. The dye also rinsed off of skin very easily. I thought the kids had some stains that would stick around for a while but we jumped right in the showers after and they rinsed almost all the way off the skin. Over all I highly recommend this for fun at any age!

> 24 hourBuying this kit was a no-brainer as I was searching for a simple kit with many color options, and pretty cost effective. Ill add some tips that will help your colors pop, and stay sharp wash after wash. Get yourself some organic urea nitrogen, and soda ash for dye. Both can be found here on Amazon under the Jacquard brand. Dick Blick has both of these items for considerably less cost, but I wanted everything to arrive at once so I ordered everything from Amazon! Step 1: Add two cups of the soda ash to two gallons of warm water, and dissolve. Be careful with this step as the fumes can be quite caustic. WEAR GLOVES. The soda ash will severely dry out your hands, and its just an unpleasant experience. Add items you wish to Tie dye to the water, and soda ash mixture, let sit for around an hour, be sure that items are thoroughly soaked. Step 2: since the dye is in 12, 4 ounce bottles, add only one half tablespoon of the urea organic nitrogen to the dye powder before filling with warm water, and shaking! Shake it up!! Shake it real good, yall! Now, your dye bottles are filled, your items are soaked, and your knees are shaking because you are ready to dye! Wring out all excess water from your items, and choose your design. This kit has a paper showing different designs, but YouTube is a great place to look up ideas! Now, if you wear any size shirt greater than a Mens large, I recommend doing the sunburst design, as it takes considerably less dye to cover, and saturate. Smaller items will look much better tie dyed, such as socks and underwear. As you can see in my photos. Finally, youve dyed all the things! Use plastic bags or saran wrap to wrap them each individually, never place two dyed items together or the colors will bleed into one another. This kits specifies to wrap for 8 hours, but I waited around 18 hours before unwrapping. Rinse excess dye out with COLD water, and wash on delicate, with cold water! Dry however you wish! I hung mine up to dry.

> 24 hourWe had a lot of fun with this set over the summer. The colors are bright, each one comes with its own bottle, and a little bit goes a long way. The only downside is that there are a few colors less useful than others. Brown for one, hardly got used. This set is great though, it includes a sheet of basic ways to do different styles of tie dye. It also includes some rubber bands. We used this during a picnic, and ended up making quite a lot of stuff. We made 8 size small childrens tee shirts, several pairs of socks, several childrens tank tops, and two onesies. Its very messy, Id recommend doing this outside only, making sure you wear the gloves provided, with a plastic tablecloth covering your work area. The dyes stain easily, my hands ended up quite colorful. When prong the dyed clothes through the wash, they should be washed and dried twice before going through the wash with other clothes to prevent staining. All in all, a really fun set, easy to use. I definitely plan on getting another one!

> 24 hourMy daughter and I bought this for a fun summer project. We were really pleased with how much came in the kit. There were a ton of colors (which we knew), and they mixed easily with water. The colors were exactly what we expected. One of the bottles was a bit leaky in the cap, but we put some saran wrap around it and it was fine to continue shaking to mix the color powder and water. The projects came out really well too! The shirts we made have been washed quite a few times since we dyed them, and theyre still vibrant. I definitely recommend this kit!

> 24 hourAwesome family activity for us and it churned out some amazing pieces!!! There was enough ink for us (family of four -2 adults and a 4 & 5 year old) to stain about 4-5 small items each! Keep in mind that we did onesies and toddler t-shirts. Excellent variety of colors which allowed us to do the traditional shades as well as some earthy tones, which I loved tinkering around with. So fun!
