Tons of colors and enough for many uses. Only complaint is when received the packaging was open and were out of packaging when I received.

Super fun, but vague instructions. Look for online tutorials. Definitely not ready in the time they suggest, unless you want it super faded after wash. I do like that they show different ways to dye the shirt. Do NOT use inside, it is super messy.

Bright colors, easy to use. I tie dyed 8 xs childrens shirts, 2 adult shirts, and a pair of canvas sneakers with one box. Great party favors for a childs birthday party.

Ordered this for a tie dye station for a bach party and we did a total of 16 shirts and had some still left over! I will suggest getting more gloves an rubber bands.

I bought this kit to use with my family. There was plenty dye though the claim on the package seems a bit high. We dyed 7 T-shirts and 4 tote bags and there was still some dye left over, probably enough for one or two more shirts. This kit is ready to use and produces very vibrant colors. I was very impressed with how bright the colors came out. The bottles do tend to leak, so be very careful when shaking and when removing the caps. Definitely use the included gloves and plastic table cover!

Absolutely gorgeous and vibrant colors. You’ll have a ton of dye to complete tons of fun. Seriously, I can’t even begin to tell you guys how much of a great time we had with this kit...children AND adults!!! You will not be disappointed.

Buying this kit was a no-brainer as I was searching for a simple kit with many color options, and pretty cost effective. Ill add some tips that will help your colors pop, and stay sharp wash after wash. Get yourself some organic urea nitrogen, and soda ash for dye. Both can be found here on Amazon under the Jacquard brand. Dick Blick has both of these items for considerably less cost, but I wanted everything to arrive at once so I ordered everything from Amazon! Step 1: Add two cups of the soda ash to two gallons of warm water, and dissolve. Be careful with this step as the fumes can be quite caustic. WEAR GLOVES. The soda ash will severely dry out your hands, and its just an unpleasant experience. Add items you wish to Tie dye to the water, and soda ash mixture, let sit for around an hour, be sure that items are thoroughly soaked. Step 2: since the dye is in 12, 4 ounce bottles, add only one half tablespoon of the urea organic nitrogen to the dye powder before filling with warm water, and shaking! Shake it up!! Shake it real good, yall! Now, your dye bottles are filled, your items are soaked, and your knees are shaking because you are ready to dye! Wring out all excess water from your items, and choose your design. This kit has a paper showing different designs, but YouTube is a great place to look up ideas! Now, if you wear any size shirt greater than a Mens large, I recommend doing the sunburst design, as it takes considerably less dye to cover, and saturate. Smaller items will look much better tie dyed, such as socks and underwear. As you can see in my photos. Finally, youve dyed all the things! Use plastic bags or saran wrap to wrap them each individually, never place two dyed items together or the colors will bleed into one another. This kits specifies to wrap for 8 hours, but I waited around 18 hours before unwrapping. Rinse excess dye out with COLD water, and wash on delicate, with cold water! Dry however you wish! I hung mine up to dry.

i loved this tie dye kit!! it helped me pass time during quarantine. i was able to use it a few different times. you get a ton in this kit for what you pay for. i will purchase this brand again whenever i want to tie dye more!

I read a lot of reviews and was nervous that the colors would wash away as some people experienced. I followed all directions as printed and the colors came out great. I used 100% cotton and did not have to soak or wash it in vinegar. I even used a shirt that was 60% cotton and that works great as well.

I bought this as a gift for my son who wanted to do some type of project that he could also gift to family members since he has not been able to see them in a while due to the pandemic. It was such a fun and easy family project. His Grandparents and Aunts loved the shirts so much.♡♡♡
