Valve Index Full VR Kit (Latest Release) (Includes Headset, Base Stations, & Controllers)

Sent back to vendor, they said is working fine. Recommended trying the power device and cable to with other sensor. No problems with power adaptor., not sure where the problems is , in any case they never sent the sensor back? We purchased (2) units @ the same time, the one sensor quit working on both devices. Dont think we will consider buying any more of these units, do to the slow response from the vendor. buddy

Do NOT buy this. The headset is dope. But you can purchase this kit from Steam itself for about a grand, USD. The only issue is availability right now, since they dont seem to be currently able to meet demand if you buy directly from Valve. But believe me, it is NOT worth the $1400 extra youre going to pay in scalpers fees.

Scalpers are not okay. Shame on Amazon for not taking these down.

I have bought 4 light houses. The first one went red after only two days, the second one went red after one and a half weeks, and the third (this one) has gone red after 5 months. The problem is the indicator light has gone red and will no longer sync up. Update 01/01/2020 I wanted to add another comment about the light houses. I had previously bought the HTC VIVE and used it for over a year. The VIVE lighthouses were continuously plugged in 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They never made a sound and never went out. But the Valve lighthouses whine like a small speed motor and add noticeable background noise that is not bad but is there none the less. And the plastic lenses in the Valve are not as good as the glass lenses I replaced in the VIVE. And while we are at it, the Valve headset does have a glare problem as previously stated by many other people and a fairly small sweet spot for focusing (at least compared to the optical lens replacement in the VIVE).

The package is un-toched and brand new and the Valve Index is of course amazing but the only problem is the overpricing of the product.

This is a scalper. The whole setup is about 1000 dollars and comes with the Half life game. Its 8 weeks shipping. 8 weeks goes by really quickly, dont buy from people like this.

its the best VR headset for PC gaming by all measures (even price, although, its only 999$ on steam)

Please, PLEASE do NOT pay DOUBLE for this headset - which isnt remotely the highest end headset on the market, that would be the HP G2 which is MUCH HIGHER resolution, almost DOUBLE what the Index is. So please, PLEASE do NOT support these d0cuhebags who try to STEAL from us like this!
