These plugs work really well. Once I got the app installed and setup the devices I was able to import them into Google Home and easily control them. They seem off because they are priced so low but work like a charm. Tuya (Smart Life) has inexpensive devices but they have given me no issues.

had a lot of trouble setting up, but once up and running works well. However no contact number to call--not even and email address for info. No instructions at all in box.

It took me forever to figure this out. You must use the same email for Smart Life and Amazon or it will not discover the device.

Got two before. It’s good and easy to install. Then change another brand. Returned. Not working. Finally, got two more of this timer. I use it for my living room light timer and aquarium uv light timer.

Im very happy with these smart plugs. I have three of them and they were super easy to connect and work perfectly. They were extremely simple to connect (with the smarthome app) and then it was really easy to link those to google home. It was actually an easier and better process than my hue lights. Now I can turn these switches on and off any time with my phone or home mini. My kids can turn them on my talking to my google mini, which they LOVE to do. The app is really easy and allows you to set up one-time or repeating schedules (by day, if you want). Thats basically what I want it for: To turn on my fans in the evening when people go to bed. They were cheap, they do everything they promise, they are unobtrusive, and they are fun. Whats not to like?

They work great as long as they are close enough to the WiFi. The lighting that was attached kept cutting off at random intervals. The only solution was to move the WiFi router closer to where I was using the Smart Plugs, no easy task but it worked.

Work great with Alexa and with the button on the side for those rate occasions when wifi is down. Easy to install, but you have to have the phone VERY close to the device when youre first connecting for the app to find it. After installed, works perfectly. The only problem Ive encountered is if youre turning on more than one thing, you have to wait until Alexa is completely done processing the first command and then a few seconds after before you can command her to turn on something else. I would love to have these on everything in my house!

My first venture into using our Dot to control a few things. Took a few minutes to set up and I did that twice. Set the smart outlet app up first and the app was ok, It has the on/off action just like a light switch. Next I went to the Skill in Alexa for these plugs, and set them up in Alexas Smart Home settings. All went well, Quality seems excellent, Where I plugged in one it made the outlet a little hard to use the second outlet (my strange plug), I just added a connector, one of those short plugs with 3 places to plug something in and it solved the problem. In playing around as when we are on vacation I dont trust our router to stay on all the time so I use one of those lights on/off timers to reset it in the early AM. I my brilliant thinking, I tried the second plug to see if it would work away from home to reset the router. (bad idea you figure it out, I dont recommend trying it). It is cool that you can control lights or other things remotely using the apps.
