> 3 dayLike that it was cheap. Ergo the problem with this: you get what you pay for in performance reliability & setup ease Used it to setup a temporarily a Wyze cam outdoors. 1st problem is that to catch a WiFi signal & config this thing took several tries. Not sure what the problem was since my WiFi network is strong & easy to acquire for most all other Wifi able products. Kinda just lucked onto my network after about 20 minutes... 2nd problem I noticed: if there is a power outage it will require a manual reboot. It will not come back on line by itself. 3rd item as every1 has mentioned: each input plug is not independent of each other ie you cannot control one without controlling the other. power on/off for BOTH at same time. All in all - I went cheap & got spotty performance & difficult setup. Hopefully, it will be a rarely used item that won;t forget its network configuration after inactivity (like used occasionally). I just cant recommend this thing if reliability is paramount & setup ease is an after thought.

> 3 dayHave multiple WiOn plugs. Fantastic product until Apple upgraded operating system to IOS 16. None of our devices work and have been advised by representative of company that there is no intention to do so in the near future. So, beware if you plan on using an Apple device to operate these devices, they are not compatible with IOS 16. BUYER BEWARE.

20-11-2024The device is OK but the app has very poor UX. Graphics quality is subpar. Most of all setup does not work with Android 8 & 7. I had to dig up an old tablet with Android 6 in order for the app to be able to see routers (aka wifi networks) that are around. Then only could I set the device up. Once setup, controlling the device works fine with Android 8 & 7.

> 3 dayPut this to work approximately one month ago and the unit continues to work well. This makes our outdoor fountain operation very convenient.

> 3 dayThis has been nothing short of amazing. I love that it hooks up to the wifi, and using an app on my phone to turn it on or off has made things so simple. The timer works beautifully as well.

> 3 dayI have been using this Wi-Fi plug for more than a month now and I am very happy with it. The Wi-Fi plug is working fine even when there was raining continuously for more than 2 days. The Android-App was a bit confusing in the first few minutes to set it up, after watching a youtube video it became very easy and now I have I setup a timer schedule and this Wi-Fi plug is coming up on and shutting down perfectly at the scheduled timings. Very happy with the product.

> 3 dayI’ve had these outlets for years. With the new iOS 16 update, it will not work anymore. I had to use an older iPad with iOS 15 in order to control the lights. This app is long overdue for an update

> 3 daySo I have had this item for ten minutes and it’s a piece of garbage. The unit connects and then loses connection and will not work over cellular. The outdoor unit is having issue when connected to cellular services. When I use the app connected to my WiFi the switch works no problem. When I move to cellular and off my WiFi I can not control the switch and it says “WiFi network not responding”. That’s not true because I switch back to WiFi and it’s on. Plus the outdoor access point is two feet from the unit. This is not good. I tried to contact support via the website but it doesn’t work. The send comment section just thinks and thinks and thinks and never sends. A company that cannot even get a website to work sure as hell cannot get a product to work. Made in China but send it back.
