20-11-2024Mine works great. I know theres been some negative reviews of this, but mine is hooked up outside to my rope lights, stereo speakers.....and it hasnt let me down. If you use it with Amazon Echo just tell Alexa to turn it on. I ordered a second one.

> 3 dayEasy to set up and connect to my Wifi network. Survived a couple rain showers with no issue. Easy to use app. Only sad thing this model does not support power usage information.

> 3 daySo, I have purchased 3 of these devices, they all are horrible. The devices just fail for various reasons. I have one that stays on, another that is off all the time, and another that just keeps disconnecting from wifi. These are junk, dont bother buying these things.

> 3 dayJust wasted most of the morning trying to configure 3 of the WION Devices, the software is junk and would not work on my Note 8, Ipad Air, or Ipad pro. Support is basically non-existant. 2 wi-fi plug ins 50049 and an outdoor yard stake 50053. All being packed up and sent back today. (tried WION and there earlier ECO software it never connected to my network) Never have problems adding anything else, but these were terrible!

> 3 dayUse this in my flower bead near my font door. Purchased it to automatically turn my tiny white lights on at dusk and off by early daylight. Fairly easy to program. Since its exposed to rain and snow, I wrapped it in a piece of heavy duty garbage bag to keep it dry. Satisfied so far.

> 3 dayI gave this three stars because I just purchased it so I dont know how durable this product is. But the concept in the design is solid. The problem I had was during set up. I live in Buffalo New York and for whatever reason when I put in my ZIP Code and I only found this by accident after two hours of trying I kept getting setting error! Please try again. When I finally decided to try something different in the location setting I put other instead of United States. Proceeded to put my ZIP Code in and Walla! All good. To be fair I did not call but I did not email. But on the other hand there was nothing in the FAQ about this. So maybe it was just me

Greater than one weekUpdate: Customer service replaced the initial unit very quickly under their manufacturer warrantee. The replacement is working well. Much happier. Updated to 3 stars. Once its shown to be reliable, I will update further..... Original worked OK for three months and I was quite happy, but then failed. Input power (110V) is fine, but no lights, no Wi-Fi connection, and most importantly, no power light. I reset it, but it just sits there with no lights on. Hard to call this anything but a paperweight at this point. Contacting the manufacturer to get a warrantee return. Will update if something changes. .../Mike

> 3 dayTo start, the instructions are poorly written which made the install time consuming. The instructions also indicate that the product is not for continuous outdoor use although the box indicates Outdoor Wi-Fi Yard Stake. Most import for me is that each of the three outlets CAN NOT be programmed separately. So if you plug in a water fountain and a string of lights, they will turn on and off at the same time which is useless as the lights are not needed until the evening. Better off buying a mechanical timer for $10 as it does the same thing. What value is there in having it connected to Wi-Fi?

> 3 dayThis item only lasted 6 months. Then, it no longer worked and we had to throw it away and spend more money on a new one. Very disappointing considering this item is supposed to be meant to withstand outdoor conditions.
