> 3 dayThis has nothing to do with the vendor. BUT the WION tech team just told me that if Iphones are used, you have to pay an additional 100 dollars to have connections to the plug (TO ANY WION PRODCUT). They have to load additional software and they said the latest releasee has a security patch that does not allow it. So I have to send it back and get TP link and place in a box,

> 3 dayHave multiple WiOn plugs. Fantastic product until Apple upgraded operating system to IOS 16. None of our devices work and have been advised by representative of company that there is no intention to do so in the near future. So, beware if you plan on using an Apple device to operate these devices, they are not compatible with IOS 16. BUYER BEWARE.

> 3 dayAll this app does is power on/off. I should be able to use it with an all-purpose app controller (like GoSmart or wWeLink). The setup is old fashioned: have to log into the devices near-field local network first, and then it transitions you to your wifi network.

> 3 dayworks good -- This is either ALL ON or ALL OFF.. you cannot control each plug individually. ( I was hoping you should )

> 3 dayWe have all of our Christmas lights connected to one switch to make turning on and off easy, but this has to be turned on and off in addition to the switch, even though it is also connected. Also, the length of the cord is very short.

> 3 dayLets start with the app, or the lack of one that works. I opened this and followed the instructions. Nothing, I mean nothing would make the app to work. It would crash all the time or not find the router. Note I tried on 3 different android devices and 2 iPads. Eventually I gave up and found that theres another app (also horrible) called EcoSmart, but at least works. Ok, next big problem, I really thought you could independently control different outlets, this is my fault, but the description leads you to think in another way. Timer, or the lack of a timer to be more precise. So the timer of this unit seems to be located on the app software, that constantly crashes, so my lights are never turning on, unless I remember to open the app, which crashes, and reopen it. Whats the point of a timer if this keeps happening. Im returning this to amazon, avoid it if you can. A better choice: install a GE ZWave smart outlet and plug an external stake on it.

Greater than one weekI liked this product, even though I got the last one in stock and wanted three. It was easy to pair up with the app and WiFi, works reliably with the schedules you build, sleek look. Whats Not to Like? Ok, I DID find the max after sunset timer a Bit too short, but that is easily fixed by just setting an additional schedule that picks up around the time the sunset timer expires. I give it a 5 Star Review. I want more please....

> 3 dayI’ve had these outlets for years. With the new iOS 16 update, it will not work anymore. I had to use an older iPad with iOS 15 in order to control the lights. This app is long overdue for an update

Greater than one weekI bought this outlet in Oct 2016 and it worked perfectly up to today. We had a very brief power outage in our area and it never came back on. Followed all the instructions and still no power. I expected this to work at least as long as the lights and pump on the circuit lasted. Oh well, looking for another device.
