We use these to keep our cats from being inadvertently trapped in bedrooms or the cellar, and for keeping bedroom doors from slamming shut on windy nights. They slide on over the edge of the door, dont leave a mark on door or frame, and are easy to remove.

Easy solve and works great. We store them on the door knob when not in use. If youre worried about the door hinge pinching tiny fingers, Ive found placing them on top of the door works well, but more often we dont worry and just place them on the side. Fwiw, our dogs mistook one of these for a toy once and they withstood the abuse. Would buy again, as a door guard not as dog toys.

I have a 5 year old and 7 year who loves to slam their doors when they are in trouble and now they cant slam them anymore. I also have a younger child who likes to open and close doors because well just because she knows how to do that now and your product has prevented her from slamming her fingers in the doors. They fit tightly and perfectly around the doors and they dont get loose after being hit on the door frame. My main purpose of use is for my children not to slam their fingers in the doors and to prevent them from slamming doors all the time.

This works well for use case it was intended. Good if you have young kids who like to open and close doors and are not careful. Use them on a traditional door either on the door knob side so they cant close the door or in-between the door and the hinge. Also a good use is on closets. You can stretch this to go across two closet sliding doors and if you have a shelf inside the closet the doors will stop when they try to open the door as the shelf will block both closet doors from opening. Worked well on the first set; so we bought a second set.

Super Safe product to safeguard little Childrens fingers to get smashed between doors and mounting door frames. I and my wife are super thankful to designers and manufacturers of this well thought product. You guys have great design and noble profession to help relieve the stress of new parents who are constant conscious and subconscious fear that their little toddler can pinch his/her fingers b/w doors or door and mounting frame bracket. Thank you for designing this.

I have twin toddlers who think its funny to play with doors. More than once, this game has ended in crying, and one time it required a visit to the pediatricians office to confirm that a finger hadnt been broken. I finally mustered the wherewithal to order these things and they have been AWESOME. They stay in place, are super sturdy, dont damage the doors or frames, and make it impossible for my children to injure themselves with the door. They come 4 to a pack and are worth every penny! HIGHLY recommend.

These work great. I have a 1 and 3 year old who love to play with the doors. I was worried they were going to slam a finger in the door so I ordered this set. They are extremely easy to put on the door and keep the door from being slammed shut. I’ve been using them for a couple weeks and they are holding up wonderfully.

The Little one in my house has four legs and meows! My cat loves to shut doors and then proceeds to cry about being locked in (or out of a room). Normally its not a huge deal because someone is home to let her out, but when everyone is at work, she can only stay in a room so long before she has an accident. I love these door stoppers. They were super easy to install-just slide right on the door. I was able to put them up high up on the door so they are virtually unnoticeable. If, for some reason, I need to remove them to shut the door, they slide right off, no marks, nothing. My cat actually enjoys these because they cause the door to bounce a bit when she shuts the door, so she has found a new toy.

it’ does what it says, I am surprised and so happy that the space it leaves while closing the door. I was afraid that more pressure would break the cushion or flatten it, well neither happened. It stayed sturdy. Hurray !! it fit perfect on the door and does not slide whatsoever! Which is awesome because if my 4 year old could reach it then she would be playing all day to slide it down and take it away . Phew that’s less headache for me now. A happy home with less banging of door on every tantrum seems just what I was looking for.

These things work great! I have had them in place for almost 2 years now on doors that get open and shut constantly. They have not shown a bit of wear on them. People who have posted pictures of the guards on the long outside edge of the door are doing it right. Those that are putting them on the top edge of the door or even wedged in by the hinges are... well... dumb. Thats not how they are supposed to work and why yours were destroyed in 5 minutes.
