> 24 hourThis is the second set of these door stoppers I have purchased. We use them on doors that need to stay open for our cat! The main use is for the closet door where we keep our kittys litter box. That way he can go in & out without me having to worry that the door will shut unexpectedly (locking him inside or shutting him off from his litter box). We also use them on the bedroom door to allow the cat to slip in & out whenever he wants (but keeps the door mostly closed so that the A/C doesnt escape). And when we go out of town and our cat has a sitter, I dont have to remind the sitter to leave certain doors open -- they just stay open wide enough without any hassle once these door stoppers are slipped onto the door. These are great little items that are handy and make life with a cat easier. I highly recommend them!

> 24 hourI bought these to put on the bathroom door so my cats don’t accidentally get closed in there at night. I put one on the door and the cats were taught to pull the door if they get caught in there and slip out. My one cat is all black and loves to slither into places and hide. It gives me piece of mind knowing she is safe with the bumper on the door. I actually have one on the hinge side of another door for when we have the window open in that room. The wind always blows the door closed but I wedged it in on the hinge side and now the door doesn’t move when the wind blows. So glad I found these!

> 24 hourWe have a bathroom door that wont stay open, but this is where we keep the litterbox and the cats water. She has accidentally locked herself in the bathroom before when the door has closed. This little thingamajig works perfectly so she can always get in and out of the bathroom on her own when we arent there. We use another one to keep a bedroom door open when the window is open and its windy out, as the wind would slam the door shut otherwise.

> 24 hourSuch a simple idea to keep our dogs from bumping into doors the wrong way and locking themselves in a room while were gone. I was researching all manner of door stops, hinges, etc. and not finding what I was expecting in a mechanical sense. Then I stumbled on these from some magic keyword search and found theyre exactly what I needed. I felt pretty foolish for not thinking of it myself, but ideas like this are some of the best inventions. You could certainly fashion something like this out of any Styrofoam packaging material, but I opted to buy it just to support people who come up with simple solutions to simple problems in world obsessed with using advanced technology when all you need some common sense.

> 24 hourI purchased these due to my 5 year old son slamming his bedroom door. I tried everything except physically removing the door. These are a life saver! Super easy to install- just put them around the edge of your door. I really like how you can put them as low or as high as needed. I have the stopper about 6 inches from the top of the bedroom door and it works perfect. I even had my husband push on the door trying to close it and the stopper held up perfectly! No major indents and still effective! Great buy!

> 24 hourThese are a great fix for doors that you want to keep opened, but your toddler has the habit of closing/slamming doors. They are foam pads that hug the door at a height that your toddler cannot reach. You will not be able to close a door with this installed. I keep these on my toddlers rooms during the day to allow easy in, easy out access for the kids, but a finger saver in slammed doors and it also prevent a toddler from accidently locking themselves in a room. At night, the stoppers can be easily removed and hung on the door knob to allow the door to close.

> 24 hourWhen I read that the guards were made out of foam I wasnt sure what I was going to be receiving. While testing out the product I was pleasantly surprised at how thick the foam pieces were and after trying repeatedly to slam one of our doors in both the side and top positioning as suggested I was pleasantly surprised at how well it held up to the slamming and pulling of the door onto the guard. I noticed that the guards had indentations on them when I took them off of the door after testing the guards and thought I bet these wont hold up, but a few moments later the indentations had vanished. Currently, my son is only 3 months old so I dont have the opportunity to see how it works with him as of yet, but I have been using it for our dog to help him from becoming stuck in a particular room. Our dog is able to allow himself out of a room that he lingered in after we left the room. Im sure once my son is old enough to play with the door I will be putting these on a few of our doors.

> 24 hourI have to laugh that Im posting a review for these, but they are too good not to comment. I needed something to not only keep my doors from slamming shut with the wind, but also that would ensure my one year old didnt slam his fingers as he loves swinging the doors. I was just using a traditional door stopper until my little crawler started taking those out...so, I found this product and Im never going back! When the wind tries slamming the door, this little piece perfectly prevents that from happening. Same when my little one is trying to slam the door! The best part is I dont have to bend down while carrying him to take them on/off - swiftly and with one hand, it can be done. Silly to think this little product warrants such a good review, but Im super impressed.

> 24 hourI ordered this because my son keeps slamming doors. I will be purchasing more. This prevent him from doing so and he can’t reach it if he wanted to take it out.

> 24 hourI bought the Door Buddy adjustable door strap to prevent the dogs from getting into where the cat boxes are located. Those were great, but didnt stop the door from closing. These things are super easy and prevents the door from shutting without damaging the doors. One of the bedroom doors slammed shut, and if a cat was in there I wouldnt know it. That would mean damaged carpet, peeing or pooping in a room where there is no cat box. I stuck one of these on the door and dont have to worry anymore about a cat getting stuck in a room without a cat box. Easy to put on and easy to take off!! Love it!
