These are a finger saver! I also use these on my front door so my granddaughter can play on our enclosed porch when its warm and we have the ac on.

I bought the Door Buddy adjustable door strap to prevent the dogs from getting into where the cat boxes are located. Those were great, but didnt stop the door from closing. These things are super easy and prevents the door from shutting without damaging the doors. One of the bedroom doors slammed shut, and if a cat was in there I wouldnt know it. That would mean damaged carpet, peeing or pooping in a room where there is no cat box. I stuck one of these on the door and dont have to worry anymore about a cat getting stuck in a room without a cat box. Easy to put on and easy to take off!! Love it!

So easy to use. Immediately sets up. No tools. Good for different angles of the door. Can bring to family’s homes or hotels. MUST HAVE for these delicious toddler monsters that learned to slam doors. Let’s them experiment without you having to worry about them getting hurt. Buy these. Buy ALL of these!

The product seems to be doing its job. our doors are quite tall, and some are thicker than regular size, and they still manage to fit. Its been about a week, and they are holding up so far, just cant comment on if they will become loose over time with the extra thick door, but so far, so good. Its a simple enough product...if you want to prevent accidental door slamming (as in our case), or child proof the doors, I would recommend them.

Have another type/brand made of hard plastic (easy to clean, better quality).... but this does work as intended, just cant put dirty fingers on it (stains). But if you have clean hands to put on/off - great, it works, good value for the price.

Seem like they could possibly be made out of a better material but work for what they are made for.

Our 1 year old is fascinated with opening and closing (lets be honest, slamming) doors. We were so afraid she would eventually catch a finger in the door, and these simple door guards take that worry away. They just slide on the door edge and prevent the door from fully closing. When you do need to close a door (bathroom, etc.) you can easily just slide it off and pop it over the door handle. We ordered two more boxes to do the rest of the doors in our home for piece of mind when our little toddler is exploring.

We wanted something to use on a door in a kids room at our business. These are great bc you can put them up at the top of the door, out of the reach of kiddos. Kids have slammed the door but it won’t shut, which is exactly what we wanted. It’s nice for adults, if they need privacy in that room, they can pull the stop off the door and then put it right back on. Very easy to use.

My cat likes to slam doors. However, when he does, hes stuck inside the room until I rescue him. These keep him from being able to close the doors. The only problem is that when I take them off, he thinks theyre toys and hides them! Im happy to not be awakened during the night to the sound of slamming doors.
