They are working really well! Perfect solution for what I needed it for. I have a swinging butler door between my dining room and kitchen. I have a puppy that I need to keep out of the dining room. I was putting one of the dining chairs against the door to keep him from jumping on the door, making it swing open and then getting through into dining room. The problem with that was, each time he tried to jump on the door while the chair was keeping it from opening on the other side, the door would bang up against my chair leaving the door with dents. The other problem, there is no handle on this door, only a push plate, so when I needed to get through the door, it was almost impossible for me to open since the dining chair was keeping it from swinging forward and I had no way to pull it toward me. The finger pinch guards were the perfect solution. It prevents my pup from swinging the door open in the direction of the dining room and it also keeps the door slightly forward making it so much easier for me to grab the door when I need to open it. I love these! No more damage to my door, the puppy stays out of the dining room and I can easily open it when I need to. Thank you!

The Finger Pinch Guards are working very well and have helped us to keep our doors from slamming shut. We have our finger pinch guards on two different doors all the time, the one to our bedroom and one to the stairwell upstairs, as well as one on the bathroom door occasionally. Our main purpose currently is to keep our doors from closing completely as well as being slammed shut when we go from room to room. With a small son who loves being held and a dog who loves to chase the cats, they make it significantly easier to close the door just enough to keep the dog uninterested as well as easier to push the door open while holding our son. My son is just starting to reach out and grab things, so when the time comes that he inevitably grabs a door, the Finger Pinch Guards will undoubtedly keep his fingers from getting pinched, which gives me peace of mind that his fingers will never get caught in the closing door. Overall, they are a very well-made and useful product that will never cease to come in handy!

Have another type/brand made of hard plastic (easy to clean, better quality).... but this does work as intended, just cant put dirty fingers on it (stains). But if you have clean hands to put on/off - great, it works, good value for the price.

These little things are great! We live on a high floor in an apartment building and often open the windows to allow a cross breeze since we’re on a corner. This would slam the doors on a windy day. We have cats and I wanted to make sure they never got trapped in a room. We used to use door stops that were heavy but could get pushed if the door was really slammed. These guards just slipped right on, they’re super lightweight and I’m confident to go out of town and not worry about a little breeze trapping anyone! I wish I would have bought these when we moved in 3 years ago.

These work great. I have a 1 and 3 year old who love to play with the doors. I was worried they were going to slam a finger in the door so I ordered this set. They are extremely easy to put on the door and keep the door from being slammed shut. I’ve been using them for a couple weeks and they are holding up wonderfully.

I got a bunch of these to keep my doors from slamming in the breeze--and for that they are fantastic! Easy to slip on, easy to slip off and hang on the doorknob. For this? I love these. I also intended them to keep my cats from being trapped in the door if the wind picked up, and I hoped that in addition the space left between the door and its jamb would be small enough so little paws (or fingers...) wouldnt be hurt. This is not the case. While the door doesnt close completely (and will even actually spring back open), and the hinge-space is open a bit, you could still get an almighty pinch out of it. Not lose your finger, but....owww. I will eventually order more of these for the rest of my slam-prone doors.

It works as it says but make sure to place it high on doors as my son tries to grab them and play with it. So maybe double as a toy lol. It works and know it saved a few unnecessary cries.

I waited until these were actually used for the specific purpose for which I purchased them. After the trauma of having a friends toddler get her fingers caught in the door at my sons luxury box at the ballpark I immediately went online and purchased these. Well they were used last evening when the same family plus some additional toddlers were present. This is s very heavy glass door that is between the inside and outside areas of the suite. We put all 4 on the door spacing them out. They worked perfectly. Id been concerned that they might not stay on because of the thickness of the door but they all stayed on all night over a several hour period. They were very appreciated by the families and I would highly recommend this product.

I bought these to place on doors to prevent my cats from getting stuck in rooms overnight. A few days after getting them, we had family stay over and I used our wall bed (Murphy bed) for my niece. I noticed the wood corners of the bed were sharp and pointed, so I put a Pinch Guard on each corner to keep her from injuring her legs by hitting those corners. A clever product with lots of uses!
