WowWee Fingerlings Light-Up Baby Black Panther and Mini

Lifestyle by design
> 3 dayIt purrs, lights up and kisses you! How adorable! My little people love them too. Sam the lion has troll hair my 4 year old says. It also come with a cub that unfortunately wasnt a big hit (in fact, it got lost the 2nd day and nobody seem to miss it much) Sam however makes interactive sounds, blinks his eyes, changes his hair color and kisses you if you make him touch your cheek. It definitely will be a hit for all children especially 3 to 6 year olds. It will also make a wonderful gift.

> 3 dayThe kids absolutely love these little fingerlings. They seem to be made well and I like that there are not loose parts to loose track of and I feel safe when they are in my kids hands and Im not looking at them. The most important thing aside from safety is that it makes my kids happy and that makes me happy. So far they have collected a few of these and would have them all if I had the money to buy them all.

> 3 dayThe WowWee Fingerlings are the cutest and most fun toy for children 5+. But I have found numerous adults find a tremendous amount of Joy in this beautiful product too. There is a variety of different characters. I received Benny and Cub, a set of Fingerling Tigers that are just delightful. SOUNDS The larger Tiger makes fun tiger sounds and oohs and ahhhhs! The small Tiger does not make any sound. But clip it to the tail of the other tiger, and it is super cute. HOW TO MAKE SOUNDS I leave the tiger clipped to my desk lamp all day, and then I periodically pat it on the head, and it makes noise. Here is also how you can get some noise from it. ~Put your hand in front of its face it chirps, ~Slide your hand down in front of its face, and it sends you a kiss. ~Rock it like a baby, and it coos and then snores and goes to sleep. ~Shake it around, and its heads goes back and forth, and it makes an excellent monkey sound. The box says it makes over 200 sounds, and I managed to get about 50 or so. They are super fun, and the toy is very interactive. A young child will be enamored at the way it coos and laughs! AGE I would not recommend these for small children because the little tiger is tiny and not age-appropriate. BATTERY & CONSTRUCTION The construction of the toy is super durable and made of plastic. They need a battery to spin the head around and make noises, and the battery is inside the back of the toy. There are four screws small screws on the back to open the battery housing, and it is easy to replace. PRICE At the time of my review, this toy was ($14.89). An excellent price for a fun and interactive gift for a child. They will love it!

> 3 daySuch a cute toy that is interactive! The package does say ages 5+, so just be aware of the small pieces that a smaller child could choke on. There is glitter, so that is bound to make a little mess too. Overall a cute toy, and great for 5+.

> 3 dayAs an adult- I havent really figured out why kids love fingerlings so much, but my daughter sure seems to. It is REALLY cute and would make a great gift. Its glittery on the legs, arms and tail, and the hair glows different colors. This one actually comes with a little bonus baby panther. I cant see that the baby does anything- it doesnt seem to interact with the fingerling in any way, but my daughter liked it. (For reference, shes 6). I will say this fingerling seems to have less sensors on it than past ones. Stroking or cupping its head, blowing in its face, and clapping or snapping doesnt seem to do much. I was able to get reactions by rocking it (it looked like it took a nap), swinging it back and forth still makes it laugh. I also didnt find any instructions in mine, so maybe it has new interactions we havent discovered yet.

> 3 dayOur daughter has several fingerlings including the classic monkey and a dragon, so she was excited to try these new cat fingerlings. Tilly the tiger is cute and comes with a little cub also, the smaller cub isnt interactive but my daughter loves playing with it alongside its mama tiger. These fingerlings are slightly shorter than the other ones which all seemed to use the same form factor but the smaller form factor may be better for kids with smaller hands. The light up hair is a neat feature which I havent seen on other toys of this type before. Fingerlings are generally similar to other electronic character toys like hatchimals, pomsies, wrapples, etc.. but they seem to be a bit more robustly designed than the other mentioned toys. Both of our other fingerlings are over 2 years old and still work perfectly to this day, whereas most of the others only last a few months before they start glitching up or break entirely in our experience.

> 3 dayI ordered this for my 5-year-old granddaughter who absolutely loves it. She was fascinated by the purrs and mews coming from it, although they kind of drove my husband and me nuts. The baby kitten that comes with it was a real hit, and she enjoyed lots of imaginative play with putting the baby kitten to bed, then waking it up for feeding and diaper changing. This was a huge hit!

Greater than one weekThis fingerling is soooo cute and has a little baby! My 6 year old loves the lights and sound. It is also glittery, so she keeps saying how beautiful her and her baby are. The glitter transfers a little, but nothing major.

> 3 dayThis is an adorable two piece set. The small fingerling is very cute and the kids loved that it could be attached to the big one. However, being smaller, I’m really surprised they haven’t lost it yet. The tiger details are well done and the kids spent an evening passing it around to play with. Definitely a cute, giftable item for a wide range of ages.
