06-06-2025When opening there is a thin piece of plastic that is double wrapped around the neck and needs to be cut and disposed of as a choking hazard. This I guess is used to keep the toy in place and minimize chance of theft. Other than that this is a delightful toy. Tilly is the big one and Tammy is the cub. Turn it on and it says hello and purrs and keeps making noise (purring) with the the light inside the head below the tuft of hair constantly changing colors. Head turns. Tail has a bit of glitter to give a little shininess. The cub fits on the tail (a little hard to get on at first). Head turns, eyes blink, hair changes color and creature purrs. Tilly fits on the finger -- needs a bit of bigger finger than my granddaughters though. It does have some adorable actions outlines in the enclosed users guide. I dont know what the recommended age is for this toy but as long as they are not chewing on the toys (glitter on the feet and tails and the tuft on top of head) it would be a good entertaining toy.

> 3 dayI ordered this to have around when we have young family members over. I keep a toy box in our living room for little kids to play with when they visit. This a sweet toy and these are very popular right now so most little kids recognize them. My 10-year-old son played with it for a minute and approved. The animal is interactive so it makes noises when you pet it and lay it down and different things. I also thought with the Lion King coming out soon it would be a hit with the kiddos.

> 3 dayThis is my 4-year-old daughters new favorite toy. She carries it around on her finger all day. She thinks its a baby with all its little sounds. Its small enough that she can and does take it with her wherever we go. The little tuft of hair is where it lights up in all different colors. It does talk or mumble a lot be prepared. I have had to set aside a drawer that it sleeps in at night, so it wont keep us up. We really enjoy all the new animals that they are coming out with, This panter and little baby would be a welcome addition to any family.

> 3 dayThe kids absolutely love these little fingerlings. They seem to be made well and I like that there are not loose parts to loose track of and I feel safe when they are in my kids hands and Im not looking at them. The most important thing aside from safety is that it makes my kids happy and that makes me happy. So far they have collected a few of these and would have them all if I had the money to buy them all.

> 3 dayAs an adult- I havent really figured out why kids love fingerlings so much, but my daughter sure seems to. It is REALLY cute and would make a great gift. Its glittery on the legs, arms and tail, and the hair glows different colors. This one actually comes with a little bonus baby panther. I cant see that the baby does anything- it doesnt seem to interact with the fingerling in any way, but my daughter liked it. (For reference, shes 6). I will say this fingerling seems to have less sensors on it than past ones. Stroking or cupping its head, blowing in its face, and clapping or snapping doesnt seem to do much. I was able to get reactions by rocking it (it looked like it took a nap), swinging it back and forth still makes it laugh. I also didnt find any instructions in mine, so maybe it has new interactions we havent discovered yet.
