> 24 hourThis bowl is perfect in terms of its height and bowl size for my 15 year old Chihuahua mix. Im taking one star off because the bowl easily chips. One small slip during washing results in chipped edges. Im on third bowl.

> 24 hourMy kitties seem to like the raised bowl. They can eat from the shallow bowl without whisker fatigue. Holds enough dry food for 2 meals.

> 24 hourThis works so well for us that I purchased a second one. We use it to give our senior kitty wet food a few times a day, so they get hand washed 99% of the time. Its plenty sturdy, so I dont have to worry about it moving around on her while shes trying to eat. Its a great height and has definitely help cut down on the vomiting, which I think was mostly caused by heartburn from her low eating plates/bowls. Would definitely recommend.

> 24 hourI already have one of the more expensive brands of raised/angled bowls for my cat but I was looking for a second one and trying not to spend too much money. My cat is elderly and needs something easy to eat and drink out of. Not only is this bowl taller than the other brand, it is nice and heavy and is not in danger of tipping. The height is perfect for an average sized cat and this thing cleans beautifully! I’ve seen people complain about it chipping in the dishwasher. Since my cat eats out of this twice a day, I just have a soft bristle scrubber at the sink to clean it out between feedings (sometimes with a drop of detergent, sometimes not) and the smooth surface cleans easily. I have had it for a few months now and the finish is still beautiful. The width is great as well. Most cats don’t like bowls where their whiskers can touch the sides and this is shallow and wide enough to avoid that. If you want to save $10 and don’t need ears on your ceramic cat food bowl, this is the one to buy. ;) Edited 5/12/20: I came online to order another one of these bowls today and the price has increased $5 from the last time I purchased it a few months ago. My quality comments have not changed but the pricing makes me less likely to buy a second one.

> 24 hourIt’s Sturdy! Max, my cat, had no problem eating out of it.

> 24 hourVery satisfied with this purchase. The bowls were much bigger than I thought. Its wide like a human food bowl but not that deep. Its puurfect for my one year old cat who is long and gaining weight. Great height as she no longer has to bend down or crouch to eat. Easy to clean and sturdy so its not moving all around when she eats.

> 24 hourIf you love your cat (or small dog) and can afford it, youre thinking of buying this bowl. You should. Its made well and pretty darn sturdy. Very easy to grasp too. Much, much better for digestion to eat from a raised bowl, and this one is a good height. The wide bowl is GREAT for flat faced cats and dogs, and of course, all four legged friends. I have other ceramic raised bowls that cost triple of this one (handmade, however), so it is nice to find a reasonably priced one. Additionally, this has a very wide bowl span, so wet food does not slide off onto the floor. With care I hope it lasts a long time. I have already used it in the microwave to quickly warm refrigerated leftovers. It came packed extremely well. DEFINITELY worth 5 stars!!

> 24 hourI looked at all the reviews and raised dishes before I selected these. Very pleased with quality and size. Crash isn’t old and doesn’t vomit but looks more comfortable eating.

> 24 hourI deducted 1 star because the bowl was poorly finished on the bottom, the roughness would scratch a wood floor if put directly on it. I put mine on a mat so it’s not a problem for me. Great price. Even with the roughness I would buy again due to the price.

> 24 hourMy Siamese, Molly, is now 13 years old. Several years ago, all of her teeth had to be removed because of a periodontal disease prone to Siamese breeds. So she eats little bits of dried food but prefers shredded wet food. I had no idea that there was such a thing as whisker fatigue. Whisker fatigue is the cats whiskers hitting on boundaries when they stick their heads into something, such as a hole or a door or a feeding dish. This dish is heavy, and looks pretty. It is elevated so that Molly is not having to lap her food upwards just to get it into her mouth, so she is able to eat more, and more easily. It is wide, so her whiskers are not hitting the sides, so this helps her stay longer at her bowl and she eats more. I am very pleased that I happened upon the article regarding whisker fatigue and that this bowl seems to have helped her eat the more nourishing wet food. I highly recommend this bowl.
