This bowl has made a huge difference for my old kitty. I took me some time to figure out that my cat wasnt eating because he was very uncomfortable being hunched over his bowl. I started doing various things to make meal time more comfortable and found that elevating his dish greatly increased his food intake, and really boosted his health and energy level. Fast forward to last week, I happened on this bowl on Amazon and after reading a few reviews, bought it without hesitation. I read some negative reviews about poor packaging, but mine came packaged very securely in a foam cube. I will say that it seems a bit fragile, but no more so that most of my stoneware dishes. Bottom line, my poor old cat is comfortable and eating, so its worth the money. BTW, most of us spend more on a weeks worth of cat food than the cost of this bowl.

Perfect height, nice and wide and shallow but not too shallow so it still fits a good amount of cat food. Great for cats who get black chin from plastic bowls, whisker fatigue (its wide and whiskers dont rub on bowl), vomiting right after eating due to posture, etc. I got 2 of them and I plan on getting more since I have 3 cats.

My cat was making a huge mess when eating out of his old dish. This one is wide enough that it doesn’t bother his whiskers so he’s not a messy eater anymore.

The feeder was tall enough to accommodate my large cat.

My cats are getting older, and this raised dish has made all the difference! It provides an eating platform that is more comfortable for them. Its easy to clean too.

My two 13 year old cats are very happy with their new raised feed bowls.

I actually use this for feeding my Brachycephalic canines. This bowl is perfect height for smaller breeds like pugs and Frenchies. Is easy to clean and weighted enough that they do not tip it over. It probably would break if they were aggressive eaters and knocked it over but fortunately that has never happened. I notice far less tummy upset after eating from this bowl, specific reason is not known but most likely less air is swallowed trying to use their smooshy face to go after hard to reach places in traditional bowls.

This works so well for us that I purchased a second one. We use it to give our senior kitty wet food a few times a day, so they get hand washed 99% of the time. Its plenty sturdy, so I dont have to worry about it moving around on her while shes trying to eat. Its a great height and has definitely help cut down on the vomiting, which I think was mostly caused by heartburn from her low eating plates/bowls. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this bowl to see if it would help my 22yr old cat eat better. Overall I do believe it has helped him by changing his position that he eats. When he was eating out of a conventional bowl he would tend to have a lot of throwing up. I think it was partially related to him eating in a crouching down position. Now with this raised bowl he rarely ever has any sickness episodes. I do feel that this has helped him so much.
