> 3 dayRouting a spline into Baltic birch plywood for plastic edging. Right after making the initial plunge cut smoke was everywhere, the paint coating had come off and was burning inside the plywood. Fixed the problem, inspected the cutter and felt OK to continue. Started cutting again and got about one foot and noticed severe vibration coming from my router. The cuter had warped and was cutting a way bigger kerf. Dont buy this product or anything from this company they make junk!

> 3 dayThe second time I used this bit the 2 teeth flew off half way through cutting a channel in a pine door slab. One inbeded in the wall in front of me, the other shattered the customers window behind me. The only bright side was I didnt end up in the ER getting shrapnel removed from my gut! A few inches to the left and this would go from a bad review to a personal injury lawsuit. This item should be immediately removed from Amazon or any other retailer . Someone is going to get seriously injured or killed by this router bit.

Greater than one weekWorks well. you have to be really careful on how aggressive of a cut you make with the bit. Anything more than 1/8” in one pass is asking a lot of the router bit. I had success keeping cuts around 1/16”-1/8” per pass depending on the species of wood.

> 3 daySimilar experience to others. Warped, burned and one tip flew off. Disappointing.

> 3 dayEDIT: last of the two blades dislodged halfway through the 4th panel i used it on. This is a total turd, with the blades held on by one tiny little tack of weld, and goobers of paint. bought this to make t molding slots on 3 melamine arcade control panels. blade tip broke off halfway through second panel. really? particle board? buy something else.

> 3 dayBearing shaft is not standard diameter, so adjusting depth of cut is almost impossible without using a fence (ie, using bearing only.) Otherwise, decent value for the money.
