> 3 dayWorks well. you have to be really careful on how aggressive of a cut you make with the bit. Anything more than 1/8” in one pass is asking a lot of the router bit. I had success keeping cuts around 1/16”-1/8” per pass depending on the species of wood.

Greater than one weekAmazing product, the bits cut clean and stay sharp. I ordered two of them thinking that for the price Id wear one out in no time...NOT SO! Ive still got one in reserve, You cant go wrong with this bit.

> 3 dayRouter bit worked exactly as I needed it to. I used it to cut a channel in white coated Melamine board to accept “T-Edge Trim”. Adjusted easy on my router and cut nice and true.

> 3 dayI bought that slotting cutter bit to make custom grooves in square-edge composite boards with a small hand router. It works perfectly for the purpose.

> 3 dayworked fine as a tool. But people that say its for t-molding are nuts ...way too thick had to glue it all in ..NOT FOR T-MOLDING. TOO BOKU.

> 3 dayUsed on plywood for trim and after about 10 of use it started smoking due to the bit deforming. It got the job done, barely. Its a throw away bit.

> 3 dayBearing shaft is not standard diameter, so adjusting depth of cut is almost impossible without using a fence (ie, using bearing only.) Otherwise, decent value for the money.

07-06-2025This is nice tool but it failed after very little use. The problem is that the cutter is installed upside down so it was running backwards. I didn’t realize the issue until after it overheated and one of the carbide cutters came off.

> 3 dayUnfortunately, this cutter has a poor design and burns before it cuts, even at shallow passes. This one warped after the first use. Get the BOSCH 85526M 1/16 In. Carbide Tipped 3-Wing Slotting Cutter Bit instead.
