My screen was shattered. My iPad looks and works like new. Replacing this screen is not exactly easy, but not too hard either. Take your time and pay attention to detail. A good YouTube video helps too!

Went to a professional who said the screen was defective, I am outside the return window, but wish the seller would at the very least send me a new one!

I have replaces many iPhone and iPad screens before and so far this has been the nicest packaged. It also came with good tools, the adhesive pre-installed making the screen replacement a breeze.
