These are great, they clamp to the lid of a terrarium so there is no need to worry about moving them when you remove the lid. The little bulbs that you buy separately come in a wide variety of heat outputs. I use mine with an outlet timer so it automatically turns off every night.

Cant beat this product when it comes to the mini halogen. Love it!

these are awesome!. They are very low profile, attach right to the screen top securely, if you have to access your tank from the top, this little fixture is even better cause its attached and wont move or burn anything. Very powerful for its size. I now have them on all my tanks. They look clean and make everything nice and neat and safe. I dont have to worry about someone bumping them out of place or the cat knocking them over or the cord getting snagged and moving them. Awesome little fixture

There is no light in this light. My son bought it for a friend and felt totally tricked. No bulb.

Will return. It would not turn on, even after I replaced the bulb (which does not come with it, btw).

I was having trouble keeping my ball pythons new huge cage (36x36x18 exo terra terrarium) warm enough. Those big lights wouldnt of worked for me with the top I have. Plus I think they are ugly. I figured I had nothing to lose by trying this little light here. If it didnt work Id just send it back. I LOVE IT! This small light puts out a lot of heat! I have had it about 5 months and still using the first bulb. But I would suggest buying a backup to ensure your loved reptile doesnt get sick while you wait for a replacement. Great buy!
