Zilla Pet Reptile Terrarium Fresh Air Screen Cover with Hinged Door 20 x 10

Good item but door lock broke easily.

I bought this as a cover for gerbils in a 29 gallon Aqueon aquarium. The lid seems sturdy, and will fit my 20L and 29 aquariums. The door has a knob that turns to lock and unlock. The bottom of the knob has a piece that slides under the side of the lid. On the Aqueon aquarium, the aquariums top plastic frame is in the way of the doors locking piece unless you lift the lid off of the aquarium, which you cant do with locking clips attached to the lid. This isnt a big problem, but I had to cut a notch into the plastic aquarium frame to make this work well for me. This lid is comparable in price to the doorless lids at my local pet store, and the access door is handy for a tank this wide. The door is a good size for hands and food bowl access.

Perfect fit for my 20L tank. Came on time. Like that you can lock the hatch door. Even says close when its locked correctly. Great buy. I would recommend this.

it droops a little in the center but nothing too bad. The wire should have been a little thicker but its serving well.

It does what it is intended to do

The general design of this cover is great. I love the small access door. This allows you to get your animals out, while keeping other animals in control. My mice love to jump out if the whole top is open. There were a couple of shortcomings though... First, the screen had a few flaws (holes or missing bits where there should have been wire). Second, the frame was not completely flat. I had to warp it with a bit of force to make it flat. The first time I installed it, two of the corners wanted to rise up above the aquarium frame.

Fits the tank perfectly. Easy access feeding. No rust issues like the last cover. No complaints. Use on my turtle tank.
