The frame came a little twisted, but I was able to bend it back to where I think it should be. The door isn’t still lining up square and flush but it’s not a huge deal since my geckos won’t be able to reach that area.

Just what we needed for my daughter to easily access her gerbils without removing the entire lid! It securely attaches to the top of the aquarium without the need for extra clips.

Works perfect for keeping in squirrel, which is escape artist. Very strong metal top, tolerates him climbing on underside constantly. Actual latch to keep locked seems to be plastic, so may need alternate lock in future. Strong enough to tolerate 15# cat laying on top drooling over the moving toy playing inside. Use with zilla latches sold separately, works great to anchor top down.

Fit my 10 gallon tank perfectly and love the small door at top. I have green anole lizards and all the other tops you have to move the screen to access tank and with anoles make it too easy for them to escape this works perfect .

With the door in the center its super convenient

Bought this for our 20 long vivarium. It came in bounded in cardboard, and from the way the box was beveling we could tell it was warped. Upon opening it, it most definitely was. So much that if you held down one side, the other was lifted about an inch or so. Luckily, my husband managed to bend it back into place after some effort. It fits snug like it should and pops into place. Otherwise, 3 stars only because it was horribly bent. The packaging method wasn’t the best, and I think it could have been avoided if it had a better box. But if you get a good one (or you can bend it back on your own) then it’s worth the effort.

Fits my terrarium exactly. The door opens easily, and latches securely, which is important because the cat licks her lips every time she sees my robust mice. Just what I needed. And the clips that I bought for the cover hold it on securely

We bought this to replace a previous one that we had. The small break in the screen is great for getting the critter out without having to worry about it jumping/climbing out! The reason this gets three stars is that the first iteration we got, the latch for the door in the lid broke after less than a year (when it wasnt even in continuous use as we upgraded our first corn snake to a larger tank and then eventually got a new corn snake for the small tank... because thats how this is supposed to work, right?). Overall, it was worth us buying again, but I wish that the latch were sturdier and that it hadnt broken in the first place!
