Forgot my password. The zapper opened it right up.

I used this product to reset my computer password. It did that but also deleted all my emails, documents and photos!! If you need help to reset your computer password take a look it a computer shop and let a professional do it for you! I took mine in and they were able to recover my e-mails but not my documents or photos!

I had spent most of my day two days ago trying to get into a Windows 10 laptop that had stopped taking the pin number and we had forgotten the password. I tried reset, restore and repair only to be met with the password prompt. I tried to boot with two windows 10 thumbdrives. They didnt show up as a boot devices. It didnt have a CD player on the laptop so I connected an external. I tried booting with my Windows 10 disc. It wasnt recognized either.

Not a good product.

I bought a nearly new laptop from an estate sale with password lock. This Flashdrive product worked great in under 5 minutes. Just plug it in & follow the instructions!

You guys probably doing it wrong It works.

I bought the ZWIZX USB Password Reset Boot Flash Drive for my Lenovo laptop Windows 11 computer because I could no longer log into the computer. The product did what it was advertised to do. It did take a bit longer than expected to accomplish. One thing Id like to correct from other reviewers is that this program will work with Windows computers that are protected by Bitlocker. My computer is protected by Bitlocker and it worked. What you will need is your Bitlocker 48 digit recovery key from Microsoft to give you permission to boot from the ZWIZX USB Password Reset Boot Flash Drive. What I didnt like about the program was that once into it the mouse pad was no longer active ( the accompanying instructions assume you have a mouse). I took several hours of trial and error to learn what keyboard keys to use to navigate in the program to get it to work. The instructions did not address this issue and that is why I am only giving three stars. For the money this is a good program and is worth it. I will end with saying no mater what program you choose if your computer is protected by Bitlocker you will need the recovery key.

This worked for my Dell computer. I forgot my password to my Dell. I tried all the free ways mentioned online to overcome passwords but nothing worked. This device cleared my passed within two minutes. It would have worked faster if I knew what I was doing, but being 70 years old and not familiar with the process forced me to read instructions.
