> 24 hourThis light is huge and super bright. I put these in the garage and it is light day light in there now. Let me say again this thing is about 9 inches long and fairly wide so you will not be putting these in a lamp or ceiling lights. These would be great for garage, shop, etc. No flicker nice crisp light that should last up to 50k hrs while saving you energy cost.

> 24 hourCorn bulbs are a huge game changer in garage lighting. I also use these on the patio and they are practically security lights they are so so bright. But understand that they will not fit in most fixtures- it’s like trying to put in a lightbulb the size and shape of a very fat soda can and you need clearance around the bulb itself too. But in the right fixture, these bulbs light up a huge area with bright, even light. It’s definitely not for your bedside table but for areas like basements, garage, patio, workshop, they are perfect.

> 24 hourI got these bulbs to light up a storage room, and with them installed it is like the room is outside in bright sunlight. The bulbs put out a tremendous amount of light and at times I felt I might need sunglasses.

> 24 hourIt’s hard to call these lights “bulbs” because they are enormous. Maybe I wasn’t paying attention to the description, but I was very surprised with their sheer size and weight compared to a regular 60W equivalent bulb let’s say. For my intended use in the garage this wasn’t a problem, but if you have doubts about whether they’ll fit where you want to put them, measure twice, install once, and cuss less. (Note: I for sure wasn’t paying attention to the description because I just checked and yep…. The dimensions are right there.) The light itself is everything the manufacturer claims. The “bulbs” don’t flicker, the 5000k color temp is accurate and the light disperses evenly in all directions. IMO, I think they’re going to provide the best lighting installed bulb down. I’ve come to that opinion based on the fact I have one installed that way and the other installed horizontally and have compared the two orientations. But I suppose there might be a situation where the horizontal orientation would be preferable. And yes, they are very bright. I often use my garage as a workshop and as I have gotten older, found myself needing better and brighter light. I’m very happy with how well they light my workspace and the price is reasonable. I have no hesitation recommending these “bulbs”.

> 24 hourThe future in a bulb. I get an order of magnitude more light at an order of magnitude lower cost. The color is near pure white. The heat is nearly gone. Energy is light, not wasted on heat. This bulb is as far from my old mogul light as that was from a candle. The only care you should take is that this light is much taller than the standard incandescent mogul.
