Now this is a light bulb! The order came with two bulbs so the price isn’t unreasonable at all. I needed one for my barn so I had a “spare.” I’ve got this closet that I occasionally need a small flashlight to find a specific shirt. So, I put the corn light in. Boom! Nothing can hide in there now. The truth is I’ll probably find another location that’s better suited to this level of brightness but for now I’m using the closet to light the whole bedroom. Note: that’s a slight exaggeration but this is the brightest bulb in my house. Easy five stars from me.

I love these. So bright that it surprised me. Definitely recommended.

Its the biggest light bulb Ive ever gotten. I was going to use it in my backyard, but it was longer than my original shade, so Im using it in my garage now. One bulb is enough to light an entire garage, and yes, its astonishingly bright as it is its size. I dont recommend it for living room or room, it has some noise.

The two pictures above show the difference between this corn light and an LED equivalent of a 100 watt light. Our once dark basement is no longer dark. Once by better half sees the dirt and cobwebs, shes going to make me clean it all. :( The difference in person is huge. An adapter for a larger sized socket is provided. However, our regular American standard socket accepts this bulb without it. It is large and a little heavy, so be sure you have a secure socket with enough headroom as not to damage it. Note that there is a slight delay before it powers on. Its less than a second, but still noticeable. I can live with that little issue because of its huge benefits of actually seeing what I want to without eyestrain. A worthwhile investment for sure.

I personally light the T8 light fixture but I think the corn light would be the easiest way to increase the brightness in the garage without replacing the fixtures if yours happen to be a E26 socket.

Fantastic corn row LED bulbs. These things are incredibly bright. I cannot look at the bulb for more than a split second. E39 socket comes with adapter to fit regular Edison E26 light sockets. Lights have a small fan for cooling, it is barely audible. There is about a ½ second delay on start-up. I really like the 5000K color, it is not some much bluish hospital white like the 6000K lights. Weighs 1.46 pounds with adapter installed. Works great in old can lights with a socket extender so the light sticks out and is flush with the ceiling. Spread light to whole room. I got these in the kitchen over the stove and in the walk-in closet. Compared the light output to 100watt / 10,000 lumen ones I’ve had for a couple of years. Photos show this one on the right and the old 100w on the left. This one is noticeable brighter. 19,500 lumens is almost double the lumen output. It takes 4 times more for a perceived doubling of brightness. I have the exposure turned down on the camera. People already say it is brighter than the sun in my kitchen. Two of these are over the top in terms of light output for my 18 x 24 kitchen.

Very bright light but the bulb is VERY big. You may struggle to get this in many sockets but if you can it works great. I have this in two of my outdoor porch lights and what a view I get. LEDs on the sides and on top (or bottom as the case may be) so there are no dark spots.

Although not my favorite, these are great LED lights for barn, garage or basement. They put off an incredible amount of light. I still like the bendable ones better, but these rock for the cost.

I had been using the 3 way LED bulbs that direct the light downward in my garage for more light, and they did supply provide more light. But with these Corn Cob lights, you get a better dispersion of light in that they are not directed only to the ground. These light up both horizontally and vertically. Really make the garage bright for my use. I have a number of shelving units around the outside walls, and these illuminate what is on the shelves so much better. Love them.

I got these bulbs to light up a storage room, and with them installed it is like the room is outside in bright sunlight. The bulbs put out a tremendous amount of light and at times I felt I might need sunglasses.
