24-11-2024The future in a bulb. I get an order of magnitude more light at an order of magnitude lower cost. The color is near pure white. The heat is nearly gone. Energy is light, not wasted on heat. This bulb is as far from my old mogul light as that was from a candle. The only care you should take is that this light is much taller than the standard incandescent mogul.

> 3 dayI ordered these to use in our outdoor areas surrounding our shed and garage. I was hoping they would provide more illumination than we previously had, but didnt want to replace the fixtures and mess around with getting an electrician. So we ordered these bulbs to try. They are unbelievable. They illuminate the entire outside area, and it is bright as can be. I mean BRIGHT! Im very happy with them. Thanks for the extra added brightness, safety and security.

> 3 dayThese lights will brighten up your shop and theyre a good price to do so. Replace your current bulbs with these LED corn style bulbs and you wont be disappointed. Very nice and very bright.

> 3 dayWhatever you do, dont look directly at the light at close distance or you will see a weird pattern for about 10 minutes afterwards because these things are incredibly bright! Im not sure if you can use a dimmer switch on them or not, but my guess is it would say in the description if they were dimmable, and I did not see that anywhere. I got this to use in my garage rather than using a bunch of shop lights, but they are so bright I feel like I need to rig up some sort of diffuser for them.

> 3 dayPros Comes packaged with adapter to fit different sizes Works really well at lighting up a space Reasonably priced compared to other similar items Nice design Cons Hangs down a bit which might be an issued for low ceilings or tall people This was a really interesting looking light. It works really well with small lights pointing in all directions and is bright. It comes with a freaking adapter to fit different size lights a GREAT idea that no one else does. That being said it does hang down quite a bit which would definitely be something to watch for with shorter ceilings or taller people. Otherwise this is a really cool product great for garage, work shop or any place that you want lit up well. The one picture is a 65w light the other is this one which is 50w and much brighter.

> 3 dayI replaced a standard LED with these in my unfinished basement, and what a difference, night bright light. Highly recommend them to improve the lighting where you have an exposed bulb for a light ! I would take a pic for y’all, but my basement is a mess.

Greater than one weekThese bulbs are so big that I don’t think any of my fixtures will hold them without sticking out of the bottom. I made the mistake of staring at it when I first turned it on and was blinded. I dark rainy days it cuts through the darkness past 10’. This bulb is just really big, it come with an extra base to swap from a e26 to the larger base type typically used for streetlights.

> 3 dayThe is a reasonably bright right for its size, but nothing to write home about. It will not fit in most enclosed outdoor fixtures or lamps, i.e. E26 standard or medium base. It is a a little over 9-1/2 long and 4 in diameter, Additionally the bottom of the bulb is too wide to fit in fixtures that tend to be funnel like as the narrow towards to arm, pole, stand, etc. I was able to get the fixture installed in a standard Leviton glazed Porcelain lamp holder. Depending on your particular application there are better options available

Greater than one weekGreat for an outdoor workshop or (really big high-ceilinged) garage. These things are insanely bright, way too much for a small room. Since theyre LED, they light instantly and have no trouble starting up in the cold like fluorescents sometimes do. The included Mogul base adapter might tempt one to try installing it directly into an HID fixture. Dont do that! The existing ballast and starting circuitry will destroy the LED lamp. Youll need to open the fixture and remove or bypass the ballast first.

> 3 dayThese are very bright white lights used for industrial areas that require bright light. Very functional. It will last long and I used it for my large garage, it lights up the area very well. Dont know whether it is worth the price of $30 each.
