> 3 dayHave used it very little so far, but seems like a big improvement over cutting fabric on my dining room table!

> 3 dayThis is a wonderful cutting mat with more features than most. The size is right for cutting larger pieces of fabric. The numbers are easy to read and the lines clear. Additionally, it has more printed angles (30, 45, and 60 degrees as well as 1 and 2 inch wide bias lines) than most mats. The mat is reversible and identical on both sides. It also comes with clear directions for maintaining its surface, as well as email follow-up from Crafty World. I recommend this mat highly. I have used it a number of times and the mat surface remains solid and uncut when the directions are followed.

> 3 dayMy first cutting mat was about 10X10 and it had sustained some water damage, which meant that it had rippled, This is a fatal flaw as it creates an uneven surface and throws cutters off. I had not realized that cutting mats came in such a large size! It functions perfectly and the quality of my quilt blocks has improved 1000%.

Greater than one weekThis is the first time I have used a cutting mat. It is quite convenient in marking and measuring squares and getting them square. Much easier than the pencil, ruler, scissors system. It seems to heal over the cut marks well except when I repeatedly cut squares of the same size. I do rotate the mat around to keep from wearing it out but I am a little concerned about how long this will endure with continuous use. Im glad it has a guarantee! I have been using this mat almost continuously since I received it on March 2. This is one of the handiest quilting tools in my box. I have finished 2 quilts in the past two months because I can now cut several layers of fabric at one time. I love the 18x24 size because it is big enough to cut several strips without moving the mat and small enough to rotate on the table top in the cutting process. The only thing I regret is that I did not find one of these years earlier. I does heal back together nicely.

> 3 daySo far, so good. I havent used it too often since it arrived, but when I have, it was a great aid to create 180 degree angle cuts, but it allows me to create 30, 45, 60, and 90 degree angles, as well. Other markings on the the mat ensure I have a nice product at the end. I personally have not tried it, yet, but you could easily make a 1 or 2 frame using the guides that are found running across the diagonals of the mat (the corners are 45 degrees which make a nice fit for a frame). The one side Ive used, has only been used a few times, and I can see some cutlines. I use a metal ruler and either a #11 xacto knife or rotary cutter. I dont know which, or if both, caused the visible marks with a very, very very slight raised feeling. I did find small pieces of a mylar blanket embedded in two of the cuts. Because of this, I will need to be a little more gentle with the pressure I use, depending on the material cut. I mainly cut paper, cardboard, cardstock (light and medium), and mylar. In the future, I will need to remember the pressure Im using, and I think I should refrain from the rotary cutter. I couldnt give it it 5 stars, for only one reason. All the markings are in inches, subdivided by 1/4 inch. I like to be very precise when crafting, or building, and would have appreciated english units on one side, and metric units on the other side. If I find the time, I will probably need to add metric markings with a sharpie (hoping it will stay on the board and not smear). Until then, if I need more accurate and precise measurements, Ill have to use my ruler in conjunction with the mat. Over all, with my current limited use, I am satisfied with the mat. I love the angle measurements that are included on both sides. Metric units would have earned it 5 stars.

> 3 dayNote- I use snap off blades to cut, not xacto blades. This factor may greatly change the durability rating and review I am giving. Difference is I am always using a new to near new sharpness. Using an xacto blade forces users to stick with a blade for longer and causes more pressure to be used. So do know this review may be drastically different due to that factor. My usage amount for one of these boards lifespan was 3 months with 8 hours a day usage. And tiny frequent cuts. I had about 1,644 pieces of tiny designs. I used it till there was really no option. Pro - every zone of it was used once one spot was overused and started flaking. Just because one spot is bad it doesnt make the whole thing go to crud Once one side is bad the other side is like brand new! Stays in place on the surface but easy to move and slide This is one that isnt so expensive that you feel it let you down. This does the job at a level I expect should for the price. I know I am going to do heavy use and will eventually destroy any cutting mat. It takes a bit to get to the flaking or tiny pieces starting to come out. Thats what happens when you carve things with a blade. Cons- Doesnt use metric In an ideal world these should never go bad but this is an even pay off. So this may not be one to go bragging to everyone about as I dont expect it to do much other than last awhile. It does allow me to afford to put more money into what I am cutting with and material being cut woth a comfortable work area. User difference info - I do use olfa brand blades for my snap off blades In a dewalt brand holder. No arthritis issues at all with those hours. And the blades are where the true investment to be towards. Circle cutter on it was ok -. grip isnt strong enough to not slide a bit while having to hold pressure down and turning of the device. I dont love or hate this board, I am happy with it because it logically makes sense that it has reached the point of needing to be replaced. I used it a lot and these can only take so many cuts.

> 3 dayThis was a lot larger than I had anticipated (though that was stupid on my part for not paying close attention to the dimension), but it works great, and actually is perfect for what I need. Because it is so large, I can actually use it - more or less - as a table top for all my other craft equipment (I do 3D paper crafts); this way, they wont scratch up my actual table top. It heals quickly (most of the time, I cannot even tell I had made a cut), and is perfect what it is supposed to do.

> 3 dayThis is a excellent product. Its self healing qualities are very good. I used it to cut cotton squares for a queen size quilt. I found that if I used the soft brush tool on my vacuum cleaner to clear the fabric scraps and dust off the mat before cleaning with a damp sponge the mat looked like it was brand new after cleaning. The size of the mat and the measurements on the mat were perfect for my project.

Greater than one weekI use a cutting mat daily to cut card stock and chipboard so before long its becomes rough because of all the cuts. So far not this mat. I cant even see a cut on this mat it heals so completely...Im amazed it is still nice and smooth. I like this so much better than the Olfa and X-acto mats Ive used. I also like the size of this mat...not too big, not too small. Alnd, it stays in place when youre using it. It doesnt slide around on the desktop like my previous mats. Nice for circular cuts.

> 3 dayThis is a great mat. It is the thickest mat I ever had. I use it all the time!
