Ive had to email for different questions, I get instant replies, get this on weekends; -very technical help, very thorough; -I ran into troubles understand permissions, lock install, and lots of other questions Ive had; -A nice to have: An unrelated question about how to integrate relays (not supported, but they did anyway); -this is a top notch group, very willing to help, with every single email it says we support you forever (not something Im all that familiar with, how cool is that?); -I work in IT, they always say sorry, not us, call such and such, or worse its in the manual - these guys give you a plethora of YouTube links for every question. I was up and running inside of 45 minutes, the app took me 30 mins to figure out, but pretty straight forward once I got all his links (theyve got lots and lots and lots of links). If theres a con, Id say there isnt an install video on how to physically install the strike (they had one, but for the one exception it wasnt quite what I needed). However, I found a number of lock installers DYI YouTube videos, so not an issue. I really like this company, they stand apart from so many. -Theyre a winner outfit, a winner group of people, something youre really lucky to find in todays day and age. How nice. -Id recommend this company to to a family member, a friend, or a stranger. ==Five Stars===

Dont be afraid of the slightly rough English. The hardware, the software, and best of all, the quick friendly customer service is all TOP NOTCH. I bought this for our office remodel, I may be an engineer but no IT superstar. The instructions were easy to follow and everything works as advertised and feels like quality. Considering the value for money, I am seriously considering this for home!!! Will definitely buy from this seller again.

Awesome support, product was easy to figure out. Wiring was straightforward. In our installation, we used 18 gauge, 2 strand wire for the door striker and exit buttons. We opted to use Cat 6 for the pin pad because it needs 5 wires. All connections were soldered and both ways work perfectly. We’ve tried both the web management interface and the software and prefer the software. I have the software installed on a Windows Server 2016 virtual server, and it works fine. We have a network card on the same subnet as the control box (this may not be required but is good practice for applications like these). I found the software straight forward once I played around with it a bit. If you have an advanced application, you will likely need the Extended Function menu. This menu enables tons of functionality. It even rivals some of our larger access control programs. This is a good buy you won’t regret.

System was easy to install, software is intuitive, price is affordable. I had a few questions during installation and had answers back within hours. Excellent support.

First you should know: there are NO PAPER MANUALS. Everything is in online documents and pdfs. its all pretty easy to follow and reference once you can find all of the pdfs you need. The wiring diagrams are very self explanatory, and easy to follow. The software manual is also easy to follow, but you will need to google around some to find one of the passwords, or ask the support team. But you’ve got to navigate around a few web pages to gather all the available pdfs to get everything together. The technical support was incredibly helpful! They were able to provide me with all of the resources I need, and were very quick to do so. They provided pdfs, links, tips and videos within a few hours of me reaching out. I even had a super obscure and specific question (the support rep who responded said I was the first person to ask for this in many many years) but was able to provide everything I was looking for. Last heads up- you will need to get extra cable to run from the controller to each of your doors. Not for the faint of heart, and it’s no smart lock that you can easily swap out in 10 minutes. You’ll need to dedicate some time and a no kidding afternoon or two to get everything set up and working. But it is absolutely worth it, and the support team is there the whole way.
