The product was very easy to install and has great instructions and videos. I had some questions how I could make the product work for my application and support got back to me same day with a tailored text manual and videos to help complete the project. I used this in a commercial application but I think I may even install it at my house.

Works good and did not fail on me so far

Having never installed a Security System before, I was apprehensive. This system seemed to be well designed and very affordable... and it was. Nevertheless, it is still a computerized system and has a learning curve, so be patient. The Instruction Manual is very helpful. (Print it out and keep it handy.) The videos are also very helpful. However, Technical Support was by far the most helpful. Technical Support was quick to respond to emails and even conducted an online Team Viewer session to fix a software problem. They genuinely seem interested in helping. We have several commercial buildings and I am planning on installing this system in each one.

Initially I had a problem with the power supply going dead, I contacted support and they sent a replacement promptly, on setup I needed to know a few things, I contacted tech support and a agent called Wood, was very heplful, answering all my questions with a great depth of product knowledge, also connecting with remote assistance at another time to complete and test the system. Because of the 13 hour time difference I would inadvertently contacting Wood after hours and he would always help. Its a pity theres not 6 stars... as the support is first class and product preforms as per purpose. Will purchase again.

This system has been great for us. The instructions were good and the support was even better. Emails to support are returned within a day or less (the guy responds from China) and the guy is very helpful. He even helped us with the wiring to integrate this system with a larger older system that was in place previously to us moving in. I would definitely buy again based on the support alone.

This access control panel is an incredible value. It was easy to install and program. The seller provided excellent support when I had questions about programming.

I found the product to be capable of doing everything advertised. It is amazing all of the features this system has. Installed, setup the controller and started entering employees and access immediately. Had one question about a feature, so sent a request for info, promptly got four e-mails with all of the info I needed and more. I had to use special strikes on a couple of our doors made specifically for them, but I knew that before I ordered the system. Everyone loves the new system, instead of the keyed locks we were using.
