    Awesome support, product was easy to figure out. Wiring was straightforward. In our installation, we used 18 gauge, 2 strand wire for the door striker and exit buttons. We opted to use Cat 6 for the pin pad because it needs 5 wires. All connections were soldered and both ways work perfectly. We’ve tried both the web management interface and the software and prefer the software. I have the software installed on a Windows Server 2016 virtual server, and it works fine. We have a network card on the same subnet as the control box (this may not be required but is good practice for applications like these). I found the software straight forward once I played around with it a bit. If you have an advanced application, you will likely need the Extended Function menu. This menu enables tons of functionality. It even rivals some of our larger access control programs. This is a good buy you won’t regret.

    This system is easy to install and works perfectly for my needs. The system manufacturer helped me out with more in depth functions as well. I plan to buy a second controller for exterior doors! If you get stuck, ask questions. They really are great with support.

    Dont be afraid of the slightly rough English. The hardware, the software, and best of all, the quick friendly customer service is all TOP NOTCH. I bought this for our office remodel, I may be an engineer but no IT superstar. The instructions were easy to follow and everything works as advertised and feels like quality.
