These panels install easily, program easily and work very well. I have 8 of them at a customer site and they function without issue while being used every day by over 50 employees. The seller answers any progrramming or installation questions quickly and seems to really care abot customer satisfaction for this product.

Easy to install

Easy to setup. Access to all instructions needed are provided with the product. They are great at not displaying sensitive information about product which could cause security concerns as others do. Same day support was provided with complete resolution. They will support you for life. Once system is setup and running, it just works. Not much required thereafter aside from administrative tasks. I plan on expanding in the near future by simply purchasing another one.

I found the product to be capable of doing everything advertised. It is amazing all of the features this system has. Installed, setup the controller and started entering employees and access immediately. Had one question about a feature, so sent a request for info, promptly got four e-mails with all of the info I needed and more. I had to use special strikes on a couple of our doors made specifically for them, but I knew that before I ordered the system. Everyone loves the new system, instead of the keyed locks we were using.
