Greater than one weekThis seller says they will support you forever and they mean it. We installed this unit over 2 years ago and the support was great then. I recently had a question and sent them an email and they still responded within an hour with full details of how to address my issue. The system still works great and it saved us thousands of dollars compared to quotes we received to do the same thing. I would highly recommend this product and the seller. Great company!!

> 3 dayWe purchased several of these for our business. Theyre easy to install and work great. We had one configuration issue that required support. Response was super fast and outlined exactly what I needed to know, and they also linked a video to show us how to make the changes.

> 3 dayVery good quality and not too hard to install (understanding you have to cut the door jams to fit the device in). Our door jams were metal, so a grinding wheel did the trick. The wires that run to the actuator are not included but easy to find and not very expensive. The instruction video to get the software up and running could use a bit of improvement, but easy enough to follow, just take your time. The support email was answered fairly quickly if you end up needing it. I am unsure if you can daisy chain these to have it support more than four doors, but have requested this answer.

> 3 dayAwesome support, product was easy to figure out. Wiring was straightforward. In our installation, we used 18 gauge, 2 strand wire for the door striker and exit buttons. We opted to use Cat 6 for the pin pad because it needs 5 wires. All connections were soldered and both ways work perfectly. We’ve tried both the web management interface and the software and prefer the software. I have the software installed on a Windows Server 2016 virtual server, and it works fine. We have a network card on the same subnet as the control box (this may not be required but is good practice for applications like these). I found the software straight forward once I played around with it a bit. If you have an advanced application, you will likely need the Extended Function menu. This menu enables tons of functionality. It even rivals some of our larger access control programs. This is a good buy you won’t regret.

> 3 dayThis system has been great for us. The instructions were good and the support was even better. Emails to support are returned within a day or less (the guy responds from China) and the guy is very helpful. He even helped us with the wiring to integrate this system with a larger older system that was in place previously to us moving in. I would definitely buy again based on the support alone.

> 3 dayI know this access board since 2008. This was my first access board. That 12 years old board was still working well until I left my previous company last year. Now I bought the whole set for the current company. It is a real commercial-grade product. I want to give it ten stars! Installation is relatively straightforward. It has all diagrams that include color code. They do have the video tutorial to teach you how to connect the wire, how to use the software and mobile App. They have the best professional customer support. When I asked a question over the email, it answered back in 12 hours. The support person has substantial and broad knowledge. He can give you the solution even you do not describe your problem clearly. The answer also comes with a related training video. Those videos make me get the idea to fix the issue with no time. This product has tons of functions. I never used them all. The software does the job. It is not fancy stuff, and you need to learn it. Apps work fine, but the interface is plain. Conclusion: This is a real deal. It worth the dollars.

> 3 dayThis is a very easy to setup and flexible door access system. The customer support is what really stands this product apart from others. I have many of these systems in place but I lost the software license key for one and, anticipating that I would have to purchase a replacement, reached out to the seller. After verifying my order number he sent me a key and told me he would provide support for the life of the product. A very rare occurrence and much appreciated. Ill continue to buy these as long as they make them!
