> 3 dayThis is a very good door security solution. to help ease installation, I set up the system and a couple of door strikers in my lab. it is easy to set up, the seller provided clear wiring diagrams and answered my emails within a couple of hours! The software to set it is fairly easy to use, but not for the novice. the seller has a few youtube videos that help with the basic operation and steps for the software. I installed both striker and magnetic locks, the included power supply is more than capable of running the four-door system. The only con I really have is that the controller board does not really have any security on it, and relies on a password that the software requires on the PC. Based on this I would recommend directly connecting this controllers ethernet jack to your pc to program it, then disconnecting it and keeping it off the network. I would recommend this system. for small buildings and areas where you want controlled multiple user access

> 3 dayWe installed this system in two days time, i was intimidated at first, but after i started everything went smooth! i did have to get with tech support, they responded ASAP and helped me fix some wiring i did wrong. I got a quote from a professional lock company to install their system on 3 doors for $4,000 after that we installed this system no issue works great. Looking to add more features to the system.

> 3 dayLong user review without an incentive… We purchased and installed 2x 4-Door Controllers to currently operate 7 (of 8 possible) doors. I did all the wiring and programming myself and only needed some assistance from other employees when initially pulling wires from doors to main controller. So far I’ve found that these do everything that our old EXPENSIVE ($7200+ monthly fees) Kantech controllers did, (in our previous building), but with more control and NO MONTHLY MONITORING FEES. The new system uses the same Low Frequency RFID, just without the proprietary accessories and coding. You can see by the pictures that we used way too many wires that were a bit bigger then was necessary, but that was 100% our fault. We had the ability to do just basic configuration, up to automatically setting doors to unlock after a certain user swipe and remain unlocked for the day, or lock again after entry. MANY 3rd party accessories work with this system, but they also carry everything you need. We went way beyond basic as I started realizing it’s all in the basic programming to unlock all the included options (free). We even installed an emergency lockout buttons so if someone shouldnt have access or is a threat before disabling their access, we can hit button (from anywhere) and lockout all doors instantly from being utilize. Push button again and it’s all back to normal. The only gong aditional you’ll need is a small 12-7ah backup battery or Backup UPS to plug into (both optional) in case of power failure, AND wiring to all your doors/sensors. Wiring of this size is very inexpensive and can be purchased in a box of 1000-ft. of either alarm wire or CAT-5 (Ethernet wire). This system can be used with additional RFID rings, key cards, bracelets, keychains, or even stickers from this seller or 3rd party. We did have a few questions on programming, and a quick email was answered within minutes. Instructions for Every feature you want is available online, and there is a corresponding video. The fact that the whole thing is a 12V system, makes it safe to install on your own, with no worries of doing something wrong. You can always have someone install it for you, but we have a drop ceiling, making pulling all the wires pretty simple, so much so, we over did it a bit. NOTE- PRE LABEL YOUR WIRES AS YOU PULL THEM for ease of connecting. You can even use colored tape to mark each set of wires to correspod to the proper doors/accessories. For example: Yellow = main entry door card/pin reader Yellow & Red tape = entry door exit button. Yellow & Blue tape = entry door exit IR sensor. Green= Storage room card/pin reader Green & Red = Storage room exit button. Green & Blue tape = Storage Room Exit IR Sensor ETC. Each wire bundle has its own wires inside it (typically 4-wires in each), or you can use CAT-5 (or cat6/cat7 etc.), which will give you 8 wires in each. We did end up using CAT-6 on the last door after realizing our initial wires were bulkier than necessary. Made it a LOT easier, as long as you noted which individual wire color hooked up to it corresponding accessories. Pretty easy with some forethought. I can’t say enough good things about support and they always answer immediately! We used a LOT of features, and about every available option on each door, including readers, PIN#’s, IT exit sensor & exit buttons. Also utilizing rfid (finger) rings, badges, key rings, and phone app. Certain doors are programmed to stay unlocked during business hours, while others need a swipe or PIN# continuously. Setup options are endless, but again, you can also just do basic setup and scan each time you enter. Did I say support is incredible? They are!! They’ll send you direct links to AMYTHKNG you’re trying to accomplish, and just when you think something isn’t working properly, they’ll let you know exactly what you did wrong without even sending a picture. We had one door that would read incorrectly, and they knew right away that we didn’t have a specific colored wire (grey) connected properly. Support is forever, free, and you can’t ask to many questions. They’ll even jump on a video call if you want, or help you set it up remotely if you’d prefer. ANYONE who leaves a negative review just isn’t trying or has no patience. If you want a secure system that does everything, you’re going to have to install it no matter what you buy. So if you have basic knowledge of how to follow direction and tighten little colored wires into wire ports with a tiny flat head screw driver, look no further. Once you program the controller with all your users and features you want, it’s also self contained and DOES NOT need to be hooked to network. Only need to plug into network for initial programming or if you need/want to make changes to the control board (also if you want emote access, but really not necessary). I did not receive or get promos made anything for this review, I just see the occasional negative ones and it’s obviously an issue with patience or expecting a secure system to somehow come pre-wired to your facility (impossible). Ask for HELP, and it couldn’t be simpler! Many Thanks to XIANGYUN and BRs/Wood Chen for the detailed assistance, the whole system has work flawlessly with your excellent support and videos. The couple initial (minor) issues we had were all due to us mislabeling, or not wiring something securely. Plus, we brought way too many wired into the box which caused self-inflicted confusion atone or two. It’s actually so much simpler than it’s made out to be if you pay attention. If there was anything I would change, it would be having a complete user manual with every option available in front of you. I understand why they don’t do this, as it would likely get confusing for those looking for a basic system and the manual would get overwhelming to a new user if they didn’t realize most of it is just optional programming and/or accessories.
