This is the second access control system we have purchased from this seller and we will likely purchase another two for our other two buildings. The software program is very thorough and is able to do everything we desire. Definitely a good system for the money.

I ordered the 4 card reader panel with strikes. The install was very easy and the provided instructions helped answer any questions during the install and setup process. Full Disclosure: I am very handy with a technical background which made this install go very well. However, experience isn’t needed if you can follow instructions and have the right tools. The customer support was very responsive and helpful. I emailed a few times to answer some questions (error on my part during install), and they always answered within a day (time difference). I highly recommend this product.

We purchased several of these for our business. Theyre easy to install and work great. We had one configuration issue that required support. Response was super fast and outlined exactly what I needed to know, and they also linked a video to show us how to make the changes.

Dont let the price fool you. I thought its so much less than other competitors....it must not be so good Well I could not ignore the savings and thought I would give it a chance. It works awesome! So much more control of my doors and so easy to buzz people in. I liked it so much I went and bought the Biometric timeclock. Highly recommend!

This seller says they will support you forever and they mean it. We installed this unit over 2 years ago and the support was great then. I recently had a question and sent them an email and they still responded within an hour with full details of how to address my issue. The system still works great and it saved us thousands of dollars compared to quotes we received to do the same thing. I would highly recommend this product and the seller. Great company!!

Ive had to email for different questions, I get instant replies, get this on weekends; -very technical help, very thorough; -I ran into troubles understand permissions, lock install, and lots of other questions Ive had; -A nice to have: An unrelated question about how to integrate relays (not supported, but they did anyway); -this is a top notch group, very willing to help, with every single email it says we support you forever (not something Im all that familiar with, how cool is that?); -I work in IT, they always say sorry, not us, call such and such, or worse its in the manual - these guys give you a plethora of YouTube links for every question. I was up and running inside of 45 minutes, the app took me 30 mins to figure out, but pretty straight forward once I got all his links (theyve got lots and lots and lots of links). If theres a con, Id say there isnt an install video on how to physically install the strike (they had one, but for the one exception it wasnt quite what I needed). However, I found a number of lock installers DYI YouTube videos, so not an issue. I really like this company, they stand apart from so many. -Theyre a winner outfit, a winner group of people, something youre really lucky to find in todays day and age. How nice. -Id recommend this company to to a family member, a friend, or a stranger. ==Five Stars===
