> 24 hourPurchased two of these units for my husbands McIntosh Home Theater processor and 7 channel McIntosh amplier. The fit and finish was right at home with the other components. It has a highend look and feel. Nothing feels cheap. Works very well to keep his equipment cool when in use. It is very easy to setup. He uses the auto function which you basically set a target temp for the unit and fan speed. When the unit detects the target temp it automatically starts up and turns off when the temperature falls below the target temp. So you just set it and forget it and it does its thing. It is well worth the $99 spent for the peace of mind that my husbands investments will be protected and will operate efficiently.

> 24 hourI’ve been using this cooler paired with a Marantz SR7011 and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. According to the digital readout, it never exceeds 89 degrees. So it operates 76-89 even dialed up to 3/4 volume with ch.levels and input levels fairly high as well.

> 24 hourIve owned this product for about a year and a half, and its outstanding. Plug it in, set it, and forget it. Does exactly what its supposed to - keep the expensive audio receiver cool, and at a low volume. Havent had to touch it since. I highly recommend!

> 24 hourThe AC Infinity line of fans (and their less expensive individual add-on fans) do a superb job of cooling electronics that tend to run rather hot these days. For a relatively small investment of ~.$o109 you can protect your equipment and increase its lifespan. For example, having to repair and, if not done properly, replace your receiver because of it getting too hot and unseating day the HDMI chip could be very costly if not covered under warranty. I selected the T8 because it exhausts to the rear, but AC Infinity also offers models that exhaust upward or to the front. They also offer individual fans that can be controlled by the main units or individually. The set up is easy, but wish they were a little more clear about the recommended min max settings for the thermostat (typically 85 to 95 degrees F, but can certainly be set higher if the fan is on too often. The fans are double ball-bearing, but can still be heard if your component cabinet is slotted or open. This is really only an issue when the volume is set low at nighttime or in the morning. I would have rated the unit higher overall if not for this 1 issue. I like the unit and would recommend it to anyone who wants to protect they expensive electronics and increase their longevity.

> 24 hourI really like AC Infinity fan. If I would’ve known, I should have bought when I had my first Sony receiver. I think my Sony receiver gave out due to overheating issues. Now, I have a Denon AVR S970H and I want my electronics to last forever. I will highly recommend this product.

> 24 hourGreat cooling system for your avr. Love the auto mode. It works like a home thermostat. Set the temperature you want the cooling fan to start and put it in auto mode and forget about it. And it does a great job at keeping my avr running cool. I believe I will extend the life of your AVR. Highly recommended. The one thing that I would really like to see included is a remote control so you could charge settings without getting up
