> 24 hourI purchased this to replace a 9 year old laptop. I had it less than a week when I noticed the back getting hot. Really hot. We used a forehead thermometer to read how hot it was & the thermometer could not read it because it was too high. I could not keep my hand on the back of the computer because it was too hot. It took more than 2.5 hours for the temperature to drop.

> 24 hourBluetooth driver is frustrating. Video is not clear as you would expect. Reminds me of laptops from early 2000s. Has that little plug for power cord from my experience I will throwing this thing away before a year. Slow loading also on startup.

> 24 hourSi me agrado obvio herramienta de trabajo pero vida util de bateria mmmmm no muy bien dire ....pantalla sii esta buena pero lo que mas me gusto del notebook es la rapido eso si tube que comprar una memoria ram y almacenamiento ssd pero bueno.....deberian mejorar la bateria la empresa acer .....pero enci el notebook bueno , este pedido si llego bien aunque deberian de llamar para cuando llegue el pedido

> 24 hourPurchased Acer laptop after a treasure truck alert for @ $300. The first one bluescreened after about a week of use. Restored to factory settings then updated and it blue screened a second time. I contacted Amazon and requested a replacement which was done very quickly. Received a replacement laptop and it again just after 2 days of use bluescreened again. I again per its instructions reset to factory specs, updated again and again... it blue screened. So that normally means theres a flaw with the equipment. This time I requested a refund for that laptop and just chose a much better laptop which costed much more. I promptly return the laptop, got the confirmation it had been returned in the system per Amazon. Unfortunately Acer has not yet updated the refund request after at least 2-3 weeks that it had been received back in and checked. I also have not received any correspondence from Acer of the status of this issue. So be veeerry careful about that particular Acer laptop and the customer service issues with Acer. Ive purchased Acer products previously without any issues and the replacement equipment I again purchased an Acer which Ive had no issues with. But this isnt a very comforting response Im getting from Acers customer service.
