This computer has given me nothing but problems since I’ve purchased it. Randomly shutting down, mouse not wanting to connect, freezing up…. Waste of money for my 10 year old. Can’t even return it now. I do not suggest buying this computer.

I bought this one for my grandfather since his last laptop was too slow, and he was always angry about that and ended up smashing it. Now with this one, hes very happy, and Ive never seen him worry about something with this laptop. Because of the M.2 Storage and i5 12th gen processor, he is having way more than he needs about performance.

Extremely slow. I will definitely return this item. Very disappointed. Does not work most of the time. I bought this item to use for college courses. When I finally got it to turn back on it had a ton of virus alerts.
