Had laptop for less than a month just surfing the web and some emails one day just would not restart

Its not worth my time to send this back and get it fixed and get a new one or have it replaced, but its super annoying and wont connect to my devices, specifically my Alexa because it has a failed driver. Theres a workaround getting a USB Bluetooth connection which is much faster, just super annoying, not surprised with a cheap laptop though.

I cannot believe how much CRAP ACER puts on these laptops and then locks the folders so you cannot delete it. I am on the verge of sending this back and having one build just so I dont have to have the constant pop ups from Norton (Buy our crap) or DropBOX (Please spend more money) or even ACERs own (Hey we want to spy on you). If you try to delete it you get a message that you are locked out and cannot delete the folder. I am taking mine to a tech buddy to see if can get around the operating system and clean it up and if not its going back to amazon.

Arrived already open and missing a key. This is garbage.

I bought this one for my grandfather since his last laptop was too slow, and he was always angry about that and ended up smashing it. Now with this one, hes very happy, and Ive never seen him worry about something with this laptop. Because of the M.2 Storage and i5 12th gen processor, he is having way more than he needs about performance.

Me gustó mucho, la verdad superó mis expectativas.

Para uso de oficina excelente para tareas en casa increíble

I purchased this for a spare office workstation and it has worked well for that purpose. Screen quality is good and bright. I leave it plugged in usually so I cant fully comment on the battery life but supposedly it lasts 4 or 5 hours. Processing speed for basic tasks is fine. I dont think it would work at all well as a gaming machine.
